depending on the monitor's refresh rate, 80 fps may be the best a monitor can do:
8 ms response time = 125 fps
12 ms = 83 fps
16 ms = 63 fps
And many monitors have response times of 12 ms or more.
So if you aren't paying attention, you could build a system that updates faster than the monitor can display.
As for the Madison quote, the Constitution LIMITS the power of the government, it does not GRANT power to the government. But in any case the issue is state vs. federal rights, not the idea that we have a nationwide ID card.
The constitution is pretty explicit in what powers it grants to the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. You are probably thinking of the bill of rights and other ammendments, many of which place restrictions on government power.
I've never quite understood how that allowed them to find the age of things. How do you know that is when the rock formed? You know the age of the atoms the rock is made of, not the age of the rock.
Flying cars won't become common so long as we keep the pilot's license requirements where they are, even if the cars do become cheap. Your worries will be valid when it no longer costs thousands of dollars to get a pilot's license.
P.S. What does mouth breathing have to do with anything else in that post?
Old, expensive inkjets can last a long time as well. I had an HP 500 Deskjet printer from the 1990 that ran well for over 10 years, it never broke down but got replaced with a combo printer/scanner.
As long as the products aren't being stolen to sell at a lower price it doesn't matter if you have $60 million to loose. Adapt your business model (what you did) to stay competitive or loose the money.
Why oh why did no one think of having 2 shields of differing frequencies so that they could not be bypassed simultaneously? (Or did they and I just never heard about it?)

But this is a laptop drive, and the largest capacity available for a laptop drive, or 2.5 inch drives in general.

Urban and city are the same. You are probably thinking of rural.
That's the point, to provide you with peripheral vision. You still use the mouse to look around.
First thing I thought of was that when 1 platter in the hard drive fails, it still uses the other platters. But I may be wrong.
How about a tornado in Salt Lake City, Utah (way outside the tornado belt)? Happened once a few years ago.

Reminds me of the terminator one and two plots.
What about the American Revolution? That was kinda violent.
I've also seen styluses that have an eraser looking piece on one end that acts as a right click when used.

They could always release drivers for the wiimote for pc, or make it compatible with one of the many open source drivers already out.
When I played the last challenge the map had 1 R and 3 D before and after the redistricting.
Whats the big deal with moving as a kid? I moved a dozen times before I was 18.
1. Create and ISO image of the dvd 2. Mount image 3. Play using DVD playing software 4. ??? 5. Profit
WTF does breathing through your mouth have to do with anything you just said?

What about teachers, principals, and other staff?
5 processors 128 cores per processor. I wonder if the 8-socket motherboards for AMD processors work with only 5 in there?
Then why do so some places only have the 10% ethanol during the winter?
not if they want to maintain compatibility to MS Office 2003 or 2007, but that is more an issue with the software than hardware.

Al Gore, eat them. (as in telling Al Gore to eat them)
