This is simple although not really discoverableâ"at least in Word 2003 and before. To type above the existing table, click Table -> Break Table (not sure it's the exact English name; anyway, it's in Table menu below the Split command.) It's the command that breaks a table above the current row.
Regarding not being able to leave a comment there, can you provide more info? I checked through all the settings and everything seems fine. You just need a Google or OpenID login.
I chose Google account authentication method, then hit Send. Nothing happened. I wasn't redirected to Google, and my message didn't appear.
Regarding the UI language detection, I should have a Russian IP and do not take any measures against locating me, so in theory, the server should have offered Russian or English as a fallback.
By the way, since ALSA is also used in Linux/ARM, I expect that it will work the same way.
To me this is one of the most interesting parts, because it may or may not work. The only option is to try and see.
Thank you! I don't seem to be able to leave a comment there, in addition to the UI being in Spanish (though I can figure it out by word stems:-) )
Nice stuff you have there. What do you plan to use as the MIDI interface between the computer and the keyboard? Some DIY adapter? Or are there USB audio-MIDI interfaces that are supported with a generic USB audio driver on Linux/ARM?
I'm not sure that NextBus owning a license necessarily means that the patent doesn't apply. It might happen that patent law or the specific license say otherwise.
Vista runs fine since ages (at least since SP1, and we're at SP2 now.) I got Vista with my laptop, and I see absolutely no point in upgrading. It does its job fine.
Do you have special McCafe sections at McDonald's where you live? We do here, and while I cannot say anything about Starbucks coffee (they opened just recently in St. Petersburg, and I haven't got around to visiting them yet), the coffee in McCafe seems not bad *and* better than what you get in the main section at McDonald's.
Using Omnibox is torture for me. More often than not it freezes for several seconds when I try typing something there. Reinstalling doesn't help. It is the reason I reverted to Firefox.
The answer is that stolen or lost SIM cards are not tied to your identity. In Russia, when you buy a SIM card, most of the time you have to present your passport, and your identity data are recorded.
(No, I didn't RTFA.)

Can you specifically recommend any for Ubuntu?
What distro, SW, etc. you plan to use? I would also love to read about how this works out for you. Do you per chance have a blog?

Yeah, because it may contain competitor's rootkit instead of their own.
What, did you eat all you had?

Oh there's a GUI layered on top but all it does is construct the same old command-line commands after 25 freaking years.
But is that bad?

Links from there are broken because they point to Yahoo.
Because there are times when it is OK.
Hmm, I heard that coffee was bad for testosterone level? No idea if that's even remotely correct though.
In other words, they didn't build those skimming devices?
Not sure if packing devices ion your pants is good for your transmitter part. Your data rate may soon plummet.
Softmaker Office.

This, and make it a bit cheaper - I'm sure it will have a healthy market. Heck, it will make a difference even with desktop apps only.
Shooting someone may or may not be self-defense. But assaulting someone is NOT self-defense by definition.
Nothing specific, because this feature is not unique to a certain constitution. In fact, it's common to all rules set by humans.
Jeez, in the end, the man seems to be crying. Very touching.
