    1. The bandwidth is fast enough to stream HD (or whatever the current standard is)
    2. Production houses could figure out how to actually derive revenue for web exclusive shows.

    29$ a GB and you are modded informative? Here is a report reflecting the current Nand Flash prices. Shows that its not far off in future that these things will be available for desktops on a reasonable and competitive price.

    Its not the size of the harddrive which is amazing. Its the read/write speed.
    Even if you get a 32GB model, you can install windows on it and use the regular SATA2 HDD for movies/music storage. Think of the booting time.

    The fact is, Halo 3 is going to make Bioshock look like an utter failior in comparison. So just because you think automatically makes it a fact? How much do you get per post from Redmond?

    Exactly what I was thinking. In fact not even them. The xbox360 owners I know, have bought bioshock but no one is that interested in buying Halo3. Why is it on Slashdot exactly?
