What other program besides a 3D architecture tool would have these types of descriptions associated with it? Don't dumb down the/. community because you're under a rock. This is a tech related story for technologists, not freakin' CNET.
Rockstar makes some interesting games, but nothing that is really innovative or brilliant. Resorting to stupid tricks like in-game blowjobs is pretty dumb, and doesn't indicate a very high level of professionalism in the managing staff at Rockstar. It's like they modeled a porn scene (and badly at that). Bravo, very creative!
I play games because they're unique and exciting. I don't see Rockstar's games as "art" or "free speech". I see them as lame.
Like, how many of these "room forgotten for more than thirty years" ARE there? Or maybe the ten- and twenty-year rooms are just lame. And where's the forgotten room with all the robotic amazon women?
Is it worth it to go to E3? I live on the east coast, so it's a bit of a trek. It seems like a trip to Mecca - or is it not worth it? Too much commercial crap? What are the cool indie gaming conventions (if any exist)?
