Doesn't the Constitution provide that a state's law cannot interfere with a federal law, and then didn't a Supreme Court case reinforce this interpretation of the Constitution? Thus how is this legal?
Exactly my thoughts. Too lazy to much sure *beyond reasonable doubt* that their code is compatible with Firefox or too stupid to realize the growing problem implied by such a limitation..
moreover, one could design a stick to kill a person. by your argument, it would an assault rifle. its just a weapon (in this case, depending on the material and style used, it could be a sword or a spear, etc).
something designed to kill is a weapon, not an assault weapon. an assault weapon (in my terms) is designed to kill/neutralize over a wide range of situations generally such as attacking a target as opposed to what I call a defense weapon which one can only use to defend their selves or others generally in close range, a.k.a. a small to medium pistol (such as the one used in the recent Virgina Tech Shooting).
I for one would never see a movie like a book. There's just too many people involved for it be "one person's masterpiece" or the likes. In a book, you might have an author, a handful of people who provide him with feedback, and a number of editors. In a movie, you've got a producer, screenwriters, a developer, someone who created the whole idea, and then makeup artists who decide what everyone should look like, color "artists", various other designers, cameramen, and actors. That would be like denying the fact that they too have great influence on the creative process of a movie.
On a similar note, how about them Darwin Awards?...of course I draw the line when the stupid ones stop removing their own genes from the genome and start removing those others... however in evolution theory endangering their children is actually equivalent...
...is a double bladed sword. This means it will also be easier for the bad guys to steal all your personal information. (Assuming you don't think your government is one of the bad guys; and a bigger assumption being that a government entity can accomplish this.)
Also, reading further in the article (ok, I admit I read them sometimes), the users sometimes are stupid...usually are actually. We can't help if one of 'em is too stupid to know he's supposed to be stupid.

Lets not forget these things (the identified things) are moving around 150-300 mph, sometimes faster but usually not when in a holding pattern. "Nearby (hazardous) traffic" is that which is within like ten miles in normal flight (if my memory serves me correctly). You don't want an unregulated, unresponsive "aircraft" in the middle of one of the country's busiest airports.
Exactly. One would think people would be smarter about security in something as high as the state department.

I love Big Brother!!!@!!~!@#!1`211
I know many people with sensitive stomachs and other digestive conditions who are not overweight and do not eat too much yet still frequent heartburn.
I shall now, if Clinton continues advocating a return privacy, I may very well decide to vote for her (I'm currently leaning towards Obama).
Here's my question: why haven't there been any anti-trust suits against Microsoft? They look like a monopoly to me.

...but some doctors do think the way of "You're Not Sick - You're Stupid".
Make that WWI. However that may have been first marketed use.
Then how come we don't have any cases of blind or illiterate people suing because they couldn't read the warning in the first place?
I think I heard Rob Gates talking about building a clone army...
Bonfires of destruction targeted at the DRM?

They intended for it to freeze, just like Hirohito intended to get nuked.
Even if AOL didn't have the information anymore, just ask their business partners...
"Be thankful we're not getting all the government we're paying for."
