So why can't the Chinese government demand that Yahoo (china) provide information about US citizens.
An argument could be made just as easily that any information Yahoo (China) has access to should be able to be delivered on demand?...or do you really think that Yahoo (china) has no access to those databases at Yahoo (US)?

Of course, if you blasted your eardrums with headphones at 120db, you won't hear the difference anyhow because you probably can't hear much beyond 12000hz, plus it wouldn't be evident with most pop anyhow, mainly with classical, jazz, and progressive rock.
Of course, if you're listening to it with $.10 earbuds, even "classical, jazz, and progressive rock" won't have evident differences...
If your revenue quadruples when you get the Wmart contract, that means that 75% of your revenue stream is from them. Once you've invested a lot of money in infrastructure to support those sales, you HAVE to do what they say or risk cutting your earnings by that same 75%.
Isn't that the same thing as them owning you, except you take all the manufacturing/design risk?
