    .. there are no jobs in US even for unemployed but willing to work US citizens, so illegal immigrants don't have reason to come to US anymore. If they do, they might regret doing so.

    on par or 'copy'? Interestingly how OpenGL in last 10 yrs is playing catch up game with directX. all these features were developed by AMD, Nvidia and Microsoft for directX, and now just made available for OpenGL.

    The ones with PhysX are more likey to crash because nvidia drivers aren't prefect.

    Not a trolling attempt: I have played Mirror's Edge game where flag vawes realistically on PhysX, but it crashes on same spot always. Just before crash flag looks weird.

    On Radeon, flag doesn't wave so naturally, but game does not crash either.

    Our state tax is lower than yours, and you probably have local tax option which we don't. Which tells us that situation is opposite of what you tell, you tax a lot in order to function.

    By the way Midwest produces nice portion of what you eat everyday, useful is not easy to measure. We'd live without your tech, would you without food?

    If I'd tell you that we have high-tech industries and that you can actually get more for the buck here, you would not believe me, but that's the story for different thread.

    Point is, last 5 winters have been noticeably colder than 5 winters before it. And same applies for summers.

    It is easy to discuss the warming from your warm home. Come to Midwest to get the feel of global 'warming', we had about 2 days in Feb where temperature reached 30 Fahrenheit. rest of it was much colder, and any places have still 15 inches of snow cover.

    Al Gore is welcome too, but he'd spend thousands in order to warm up.

    Even if there is remote possibility that he didn't know better, it does not give him rights to spread rumors.

    With so many fake experts, no wonder truth is hard to come by. These 'experts' prey on gullible people who know nothing more than to blame Microsoft. Often they don't know much themselves.

    One good example is myth that you need to use System Configuration Utility msconfig utility to properly set up number of processors. That muth is truth on thousands of pages on internet. Although max number of processors is used by default, and msconfig option is meant only for troubleshooting, many idiots believe they 'improve performance' by setting same number of processors as it were without turning that on.

    If you had enabled everyday full scan, then memory cache would be all used up by antivirus, since it would have opened pretty much every file on your computer. Because of this, Windows would slowly put other running apps in background and give more and more RAM to antivirus.

    Because they do some of stuff in software that card is actually able to accelerate in hardware?
    Because unlike wifi and such cards which do most of calculations on host; here they need to make hardware 'do it'?
    Because they don't know how to use architecture for which they don't have full specs or programming guides?

    They are almost doing mission impossible. Many more man-hours are needed to reverse engineer proper ways to use the hardware. With so many millions of transistors on board, it does not sound promising.

    Most people know that they are using 'non-genuine' version. Ones that don't know, when they learn all they would want to do is get rid of nagging popup. As many have said, Microsoft is in denial about 'non-genuine' user base and mostly hurting legitimate users.. 99% of ones who didn't pay for genuine version will do whatever it takes to keep using whatever they have without paying your company a cent.
