it's bureaucracy mate.. in that sort of climate if you give _anyone_ the chance to officiate themselves they're going to use it regardless of if its needed or not.
For me the real question is what the hell is "denigrating" and how is it said??:-P

You should NOT have stopped at the pulling of your gear. Send all the emails to the admin at the host. Do not give this bastard an even break. He obviously will not give others a break.
We need a layer that sits between the shell and the applications, so that when an error happens it will catch it and attempt to give more information on what happened.
But not be as clunky on a system as a full time debug.
That Mustard is a bit of a hatchet man. (walks into a sinking ship and throws so many people overboard that its starts floating.. then points that barely floating ship back in a direction that will assure the safety of whomever is left) Couple that with the CFO's leaving and the REALLY piss poor financials that were released yesterday.. I reckon we're about to see the end of this whole saga.
I wonder if the teams and their sponsors are bound by the contract.. IE ( I don't know the first thing about yankee football but the concept is simple) What is Nike decides that the teams they sponsor should have a console game made by their best friends at SEGA??
It may not have the "stamp" of the NFL but whom ever "owns" the teams have given the thumbs up...
From the article: The newly-developed technology uses a water-based solution of sodium borohydride, made from sodium borate, to produce hydrogen gas.
The downside is that there are only about 300 million tons of sodium borate worldwide, located mostly in Tibet, and that annual global production of sodium borohydride stands at 10,000 tons, it added.
and it is quite nice.. and shows some great promise.. the only thing it lacks is the number of contributers.. comon people.. get in while its hot.. add more brains to this project and make it what it should be.
I can't remember where I read it but I have read somewhere that the transgaming version of Winelib has been used for compiling linux native games (used in the port process).. The loki stuff I have looked and looked and all I can say is I remember reading one of Transgaming staff saying (might have been Gavriel) that they worked on some stuff with loki. It wasn't much but the intent and work was there.

Sounds like a crock to me.
cheap second hand laptop will be perfect.. even better if you can do a cold air induction pipe to the outside world (with small filter)

Its just 12 hours a day.. this is normal working hours on australian mine sites.. and many other aussie workplaces..
In this situation, giving 110% is quite simple, work 10% more hours than your contract says.
This would be welcomed with open arms in Australia.
As long as they stopped blaming the games for poor parenting probems.
