    Hmm, I'm uncertin about US law. but here in Norway you are required to have a gun locker to house all your weapons (and IIRC a separate locker for your ammo) , if you don't and your stolen gun gets used in a homosidfe I seem to remember a case where the gun owner got convicted of negligent homicide (soor don'tnremember all the details)) How are the rules on gun storage in the US?

    Correct me if I am wrong (probablu, my grasp of physics stinks) But IIRC he Heisenberg principle states that yo van not measure the exact location an speed of a particle at the same time, Or an other formulation "The more acuratly you measure the speed of a particle the more inaccurate the location will be or vice verca". Goes it say anything about shape?

    Well for TYelephon noners (at lest fixed line) a system with a steet pbx cold be implemented ie dial 1 (212) 001 1000 for wall street, get a menu (select 1 for nyse 2 for JP Morgan .....) ok probably more than 1 no/street but you get the idea Actually this works better for aphone system than with nat for ipv4 because you don't have app layer protocols that embed addresses, so no need for upnp or other app layer gws ok the example is bad nyse and JP wold probably get dids but the principle is the same. NOTE: yes the number is invalid (NANP states that subscriber number cannot start with 0), I piced the nomber so no one had any chance of getting unwanted calls

    well I for on .... see a business opportunity for frances neighbors: "store youre password db wiyh us, yuk can comply with french law but still offer secure passwords" It vil work like this the outsourced table will include three fields appid : id of outscored application uid: user id used by outsourced app pwd : md5 or other hashed password ok every app needs to rewrite there log on proc or at lest reconfigure db connection but well they can keep the passwords secure.

    Yes you have to pay, but what do you get in return? Well here are a few things
    -An easily accessible,well known place to sell your app(s)
    - Wold wide distribution (if you so chose)
    - Credit card processing provided by a store people know and trust

    Yes apple take a cut of the price, but so does any distributer/store

    And before someone acuses me of being a shill,payed or otherwise, I am not connected with apple, don't own apple stocks. I do own an MBP and an iPhone and I am satisfied with them.

    well if you have astreisk ruining an accessible from inet head to e164.org an register youre normal telephone number there you can forward it to a sip url, Ok for this to work the originating side of the call has to do lookups in e164.org in addition to e164.arpa but i see no resen for them not to, as this wold enable them to route more calls over voip (in most cases free)

    1:User signs random string with his private key,
      encrypts it with the banks public key and send
      result to bank

      a)The bank decrypts with their private key
      B)Verifies authenticity with users public key
      C1)IF B authenticates correctly create a new
         randum string encrypt with users public key
         and sign with banks public key. Send result
         to user and put new random string in db
         as one time password.
      C2)If B fails send error message to user

    3
    a: user verifies sign with banks public
        key
    b: if a is verified as signed by bank procede
        to c, if not restart prosess with new random
        string (on repeted failiurs contact bank by
        alternate means)
    c: decrypt with private key and use string as
        authenticator

    notes
    The random string in step 1 is never used it is only there to stop one message from setp 1 to be used to create multiple authenticators
