Only 50 hours? It looks like you are the one doing something wrong. And half an hour to find a parking spot? No thanks, I'd rather walk that 30 minutes to the next train station. It is healthier that way.
I am with you. I need to walk for 30 minutes to the train station every morning when I go to work and it really pays off: I've lost 15 kg since I've started walking and I haven't been so fit since I was a student. No car for me either, I don't want to grow lazy again.
Well, that friend of yours is probably only a scientist-wannabe, because the conclusion above (about the zone still being pretty much deadly) was on a basis of hard data.
A friend of mine is a scientist who was in the zone a month ago. He told me that while the roads are mostly safe, even a couple of meters outside the roads the radiation quickly rises to levels that will be pretty much deadly for prolonged exposure.
"Keep right unless passing" can only work together with "no passing on the right" because otherwise going to the rightmost lane after you've passed a vehicle would be very dangerous.
Just FYI, I am working in the field of fuel transport tracking, you don't believe how huge and complicated the infrastructure for petrochemical products is.
Well, my mother is basically computer-illiterate. And somehow she managed to be quite content with her phone (Windows Mobile 2003SE) for five years, only needing a battery replacement twice during that time.
As someone who had to learn both German and English as a foreign language, I cannot really answer that question because both languages suck in their own special ways (both are not as bad as French, though).
Except that it is very easy to get rid of bloatware in Windows Mobile - a hard reset, and when it says something along the lines of "starting to install software in three seconds" do a soft reset. After the phone boots you've got a clean and pristine Windows Mobile.
I've used a lot of Windows Mobile phones with Windows Mobile 2003 to 6.5.3 (HTC Wallaby, Himalaya, Blue Angel, Magician, Universal, Athena, Diamond, Blackstone and now Leo, also TT7000 and four or five different Windows CE devices) Only Windows Mobile 5 prior to AKU3.5 sucked (it was very slow and A2DP was broken), the rest worked as intended, although I've also downgraded from 6.5.3 back to 6.5 because I don't really like the new UI.
Canon is not the only DSLR maker you know. Three years ago I've bought a Sigma SD9 with a 18-50mm/F3.5-5.6 for EUR170 on eBay. It is a DSLR by every definition.
Is Pink Floyd recording a new album?
Well, the US has managed to do it to a Finnish company, so there.

Employees are not property.
So do Nike Free shoes. Those would be really great if Nike wouldn't make them for ridiculously slender feet only.

There are already power lines in Siberia. There are even oil pipelines there.
For cold climates, active solar water heating systems are a good alternative.

And by the way, in Germany on sunny days there is more electricity produced by photovoltaics than by nuclear reactors.
That depends on how the grid is interconnected.
There is always day somewhere.

Volt was developed by Opel in Germany.

Sounds like my Sigma DSLR.

There is no dark side of the moon really. Matter of fact it's all dark.
Of course you can force Windows to use lower maximum refresh rate, even for a generic driver.
And by the way, I develop embedded Linux applications for a living. But at home I use Windows 7 and develop for myself in c#.
Less hassle that way.
That's strange, for me a lancet (that of a glucose meter) hurted more than a needle pushed into the vein.

Is it so? In every car I was the steering can only lock after you put out the ignition key.
