    sure, you can hear higher tones when you are young (maybe up to 19khz), but you still won't hear ultrasonic sound.

    depends. the original song is pretty much synthesizer but it plays great on an electric guitar (actually two and a bass guitar) because the rhythm track are basically powerchords and the lead part also sounds like it was made for a guitar in first place, like pretty much the rest of the song. why they used synthesizers at all escapes me completely.

    About 10% of the former one and only gdr political party founded the new all german kinda-communist party, the rest of them went to the christ democrats, the big german conservative party (pretty much the largest party now in germany)

    the hybrids usually have regenerative brakes so some of the energy which otherwise would be lost (yes, i know, converted to heat) because of such reckless driving is regained.

    i don't know where you buy them. of all cfls i have here none has any warm-up period whatsoever. and if colour is important, then by all means, get a full spectrum cfl.

    since i began use the 85 watt (400 watt equivalent) 5500 kelvin cfls i had no winter depressions anymore.

    i do understand. i meant that the member states ignore the laws they had to implement because of the directive.
    remember the story with the airline passenger data transfers?
    the data was transferred although it was unlawful and everybody knew that.
    the european court of justice has decided, after two years, that it was unlawful.
    the eu countries still transfered data after that.

    remember the story with the german policeware.
    it is unlawful and everybody knows that.
    but the politicians don't give a damn - the policeware is already used for a couple of years now.

    the biggest problem in the modern world is the legal immunity of parliament members and the government, that's why the politicians can afford not to give a damn about the laws and the constitution.
