I know jail is not a good solution except to keep harmful people away from society ( and its over used for that even ), but not sure a month or two of probation would really hit home to anyone.
Oh, you mean the ones at the top, yea buy the bullets and maybe find one of their old employees to do the deed, they'll probably do it for peanuts or in exchange for real job.
How do they find workers for this, and why are the workers not turning in the company?
I know it may be hard to find work in some parts of the country, but damn get some morals.
I would support jail time for all involved from top to bottom. Maybe just a month or so for those at the bottom, but at least something, and of course years for those at the top.
It's funny how made up numbers always seem to round out.
There were 200,000,000 not 193,064,901?
I think it shows that they really have not done their homework and they are pulling these numbers completely out of their ass.
I think they should be required to justify every single penny that they are requesting. Every penny, hell with that $750 per violation, actual damages, not punitive damages.
If blowing things up in Afghanistan solved the Afghan problem, there wouldn't be an Afghan problem anymore. It didn't work for the British, it didn't work for the Russians, and not it's not working for NATO.
It worked for the Afgans with foreign invaders. They blew their enemies up and eventually the enemies left, but then they went after each other.
Perhaps the Afgans should quit blowing people up in general. Someone needs to stop, and if the Afgans had stopped then the US probably would not have had a reason to invade. If the US stops blowing up the Afgans then they will just go back to blowing up each other again/still.
Way to keep perpetuating the stereotype that geeks can't make a worthwhile argument and tend to get upset about relatively trivial bullshit like product names.
Next step, make this the plot the line of the next James Bond film. After that you'll have a real hard time convincing the general public that its not true.
Much like Everquest ( yes it is still around ), they charge a monthly fee, but you can also purchase ornaments and other items that don't majorly change the game dynamics. It's not like you can buy a sword of awesome +5, just something that makes your sword look more awesome.
I haven't ran across step 9 yet or for that matter step 5.
I tend to do step 4 prior to the install so its ready for when I do connect to the net then I do step 2.
I also don't go to the extend you do on step 4 considering that malware and spyware are the same damn thing and tend to be incorporated into the anti-virus now.
They are not taking everything that makes up a video card and putting it all on the chip, they are just integrating some GPU like functions into a CPU.
Hey Slurm is very honest and direct in their marketing.
Slurm, it's highly addictive.
As opposed to Coke, it's the real thing. Bah, if it was the real thing it would be highly addictive.

No, greys as in grey hair, he got the joke.
How did you get informative for that one?
I thought it was the gray's who got that bill passed?
Just because someone may be good at breaking in, doesn't mean he knows how to secure the systems he is entering.
They need to use him for breaking into stuff, it's what he's good at apparently.
I guess its just not PC to state that he is a complete raving lunatic who believes in aliens.
Not that you need to be a complete raving lunatic to believe in aliens mind you, but that is basically his defense.
Like the US would have control over any aliens that stop by.
Making a bigger kaboom is much easier than trying to figure out how to plug up a hole in the bottom of the ocean spewing crude oil.

Here is why BP needs to be boycotted beyond what the other oil companies deserve.

Pff, well I'm going to patent water. Try having your rain without any water. =P

Lots and lots of them actually.
Just the venture firms invest in what those companies would purchase instead of investing directly into the big names.
Now if those little firms did not hold patents would the large companies just copy the little guy?
Now when you are fired your boss can let your kids and wife know by printing out You're Fired from all the printers in the house.
Or maybe Dear Leader knows that is what we would think.
He's trying to psych us out, still.
Next step, make this the plot the line of the next James Bond film. After that you'll have a real hard time convincing the general public that its not true.

Blindly following GPS directions tends not to work out all that well as some have found out the hard way.
Simple answer no.
They are not taking everything that makes up a video card and putting it all on the chip, they are just integrating some GPU like functions into a CPU.
No, I meant politics.
There should be a constitutional amendment that makes recording of public servants a protected right.
Other than nuking it from orbit its the only way.
