Just curious... I just "upgraded" my ReplayTV with a 250gig HD and got about 250 hours out of it (at "standard" quality). What size HD did you put in your Tivo to get 320?
Yes, but route 66 is a little 2 lane road that stops every 10 miles for another POS little town with a mom and pop drug store on one corner and a pig(cop) on the other.
ORG is for "miscellaneous organizations", NOT non-profits. The idea of.org being for non-profits is some sort of wierd meme that everyone believes, for no particular reason
Well, generally, for-profit organizations are called "businesses" (ie commercial).
"Skype for Pocket PC(TM) is free software that enables you to make Skype voice calls using your WiFi-enabled Microsoft Pocket PC based handheld computer from any WiFi hotspot."
That's like saying if your city was being invaded by the Germans and you shut your doors and windows so you couldn't see what was going on then declared yourself the victor.
When does it cease to be "after midnight" one day and "before midnight" the next day?
I guess it works to fool little kids because midnight is still some mystical, imaginary time that happens sometime after they fall asleep and before they wake up the next day.
So, do they just have to be asleep form some amount of time after midnight and when they wake up it's ok to eat?
That sounds very familiar, although I think I actually use a combination of space/time to find things.
When I was living in a dorm and there wasn't enough room to spread out, the only place to go was up. When I was looking for something, I would remember how long ago I last saw it and then know which layer to look for it in.
I considered getting a USBdrive/mp3 player when I was in the market for mine. I thought about it like this:
For the price I wanted to spend I could only get a 128m usb/mp3 or 256m usb. At 128m, the mp3 player wouldn't hold enough music to be usefull and I would probably stop using it for an mp3 player after the new wore off. Then I would be stuck with a smaller USB drive because of a feature I didn't use anymore.
I decided to go with the Sandisk cruzer mini 256m and will eventually buy an mp3 player to use for music.
I had the same problem in both VPC 2004 trial (build 584)and VMware 4.0.5 (build 6030).
It installed fine, but I couldn't get X to run. VPC doesn't support Linux anymore so doesn't have any tools to install and VMware's X server wouldn't install and wouldn't compile.
A bar here I used to go to had a breathalizer on the wall. You put in a quarter and blew in it through a straw to find out how drunk you were. I think it was only used as a gag and people tried to see how drunk they could get to try and blow up the machine or something.
It's not at that bar anymore, but I've seen them for sell on ebay before.
I also have a Logitech cordless mouseman optical, and love it, but only because it's cordless and optical. I don't understand why the shape is that big of a deal. I can use any mouse just as easily and can't tell much of a difference. Maybe I just have big hands, but I don't actually put my hand on the mouse. The only parts that touch the mouse are my fingertips. Thumb and pinky grab the mouse and move it, the other three push the buttons and scroll the wheel and my wrist sets on a wrist pad. In fact, if I actually lay my palm ON the mouse, my fingers almost overhang the front making it hard to press the buttons and then I have to use my whole arm to move the mouse.
There are tons of good artists out there on independent labels that aren't trying to force feed you the latest britney/nsuck shit just to pick your pocket.

It may not have been lead, but it's still conductive enough to futz with sensitive electronics.
You travel in the US? How are you finding ANY places like this? much less finding them in a city you've only been in for a few hours?
Or resell bandwidth
"If you suddenly stop talking to a passenger, they'll look and see it..."
The passenger staring at me while talking is more distracting than the conversation its self.
But, otherwise, I agree with you.

That always gets me in.
I agree, to a point. I learned the same way (on the same hardware at about the same time too). The problem is, not everyone is a nerd.

The quiz in your SIG doesn't work. It won't grade the answers: "...could not write to the log file fro this quiz..."
Don't know if it's yours or not, but if it is, you might want to fix it.
Ignoring it doesn't mean you won.

My question always was, and still is:

Maybe we'll never know...
Really? google?
i never would have thought of that.
Where do I find a brainfuck compiler?

I like the "non-descript" model. It's just fucked up. kinda looks like a puppet mouth. Which is even more fucked up.

I understand completely. I wouldn't want to get it confused with all my other black dildos either.

I know a way of legally circumventing the RIAA.
