How unusual is it for an employer to have some sort of an identity card scheme and why is it that this will no doubt inspire all sorts of comments about government privacy violations?
For example, new Windows users are often surprised at the abrupt disappearance of a window when they click the Minimize button.
Who has to explain to these new users that a 3D accelerator is required for these new animations to work? How do these users feel when they find out the person trying to sell them said hardware merely needed to point out how to use the taskbar? Call me a pessimist, but people who don't understand how windows are minimised even after having it explained to them shouldn't be using computers. Don't get me wrong, I like the new GUI additions and everyone who I have shown 'Flip 3D' has been impressed, but I don't agree that they can be justified in that way.
While this box is definitely expensive for what it is, it wouldn't cost anywhere near what you Americans are making out. Electronics are generally more expensive in the UK. Case in point: the PS2 (and probably the PS3) launched at the same numerical price despite our currency's higher value.
"However, Dr Curry warns, in 10,000 years time humans may have paid a genetic price for relying on technology.
Spoiled by gadgets designed to meet their every need, they could come to resemble domesticated animals."
I fail to see the similarities between relying on a human owner and using "gadgets designed to meet our every needs". Technology doesn't think for itself, but who knows where we'll be in such a long time? Apparently, we'll have less advertisements for penis enlargement.
Oh, but it will. You just have to press F8 during boot and select the appropriate option in order to install unsigned drivers as I found out when installing my Creative 5.1 drivers.
If you're using Windows, this is already done for you, and as the grandparent says, it's rare for you to use your swap file under Linux. The only method I could think of is if you set the physical cache size in Google Earth to the maximum value permitted.
I once met someone who worked in the drugs squad, but was corrupt in that they paid informants with drugs and sold some too, although was never tried since he had heard some of his associates had been arrested and promptly sold the story to the Daily Mirror. I can't think of his last name and so can't find any news articles.:(
Are you using Firefox for Windows? The only problems I see with Firefox (32-bit, on 64-bit Ubuntu) is the top middle navigation being places over the search bar, but other than that it's perfectly okay.
You're from the US, no? I - and everyone I know - have always used "couldn't care less", but I have noticed many using what you reference online, so perhaps it depends on where you're from..
No - not in the case of your example anyway. Cost isn't necessarily financial. Take a guess as to what the cost of eating rotting food from the garbage would be. Disease? If it was indeed cost-free, as you say, everyone would be doing it, no?:)
Wow, you guys are missing the point and seemingly choosing to ignore what he's saying. When he says 'guilty', he means 'committed an illegal act'; not 'convicted by a court of law'.
For those that know how and are willing to pay for their own hosting, I still think the flexibility of writing one's own scripts, not to mention not having to abide by silly Terms & Conditions is the much better option.

While cleary ludicrously expensive, USB pen drives hold MORE - not less than both CDs and DVDs. Here is the first store I found: http://www.supermediastore.com/16gb-usb-flash-driv e-pen-drives.html

Or release an update that breaks thousands of X installations..

Yes, he just might..
Wow.. Batteries != software.
Count me in. I violate copyright laws all the time.

I doubt it. Here in the UK at least, I'd guesstimate friendsreunited is more popular than MySpace - certainly in the media anyway.

Nobody got this? Modertate funny..
No air in space..
It's on the left of the Submit button. I'll make a tutorial if you need any more help.
There are plenty of pre-made options at Hotscripts..

Yes there is. It's 25 cents.
Don't cover up bad odors.. Oust them!
He meant 'deflation'..
