    Such as?

"Maybe there is no God? We were some experiment?"

The fact that life may be "creatable" does NOT infer that WE were. At least not at the hands of "gods" or other lifeforms.

Remember - Creationists do not accept questions - only answers, and answers that agree with what their parents told them.

They aren't supposed to question their god, for it's considered an unforgivable sin.

Personally, I believe (yes, an atheist with a belief) that the day humans stop questioning everything is the day that science, technology, and discovery will halt. These people, like Jack Szostak, are questioning life. "God" isn't an acceptable answer.

What runs on X11 really shouldn't be a component of Linux by itself, since X11 runs on many OSs. though I do agree with you in saying that the fault goes to GNOME developers, I must say that it was Ubuntu who decided to design the distribution around it. I can't tell you how many times people insist I'm using Linux since they see I'm running Xfce, yet they look at me strange when i run uname and show that I'm running it off of FreeBSD. Oh well. When it comes to Linux, I'm the Slackware type, so I come from a different perspective on what to expect. Hopefully the next Ubuntu release will be better.

What would you suggest as an alternative? I assume the poster's statement means that he or she wishes that the unintelligent people will whither or die; the future will not have as many stupid people. This is includes any sexual preference, since there is no mention of that characteristic. Last time I checked, homosexual humans... are... well... humans too. Lesbian mothers seem to be able to give birth to a daughter if they choose to. Though I assume this is based on the mother's genes, not both. I'm a little curious how 2 gay men would procreate in a "fair" way... perhaps take turns jacking off and shooting loads long-distance into a petri-dish? That's an idea.
