Don't the Canadians pay extra tax to cover lost artists' revenue when they buy a blank CD?

That little command executes in a few seconds to a few minutes no matter where I am on the Internet and even if I've added some decently sized files to my computer. I've got my home router set up to pass the ssh port 22 through to a Linux server sitting in my attic. Quick and painless backups run without a hitch. It's a thing of beauty.
And you wonder why laypersons like me still haven't switched from Windows to Ubuntu?
If you don't want unauthorized people accessing your unsecured Wi-Fi network, then provide your customers with the access information on a receipt or something. If hotels can do it surely a coffee shop can figure it out.

Dude, that's horrible. Palm oil is totally unsaturated and worse for your heart and arteries than lard. You bet that if you spend over 200 bucks a month on this stuff it is going to make a difference. I'd switch to higher quality (Swiss or Belgian) chocolate if I were you.
Who would have thought that the folks responsible for Crash and Zapp would one day be behind titles such as "The Book of Practical Fishing Knots", "The Complete Guide to the Horse", "The History of Shipwrecks" and "Kitten Training For Kids"...

you're not going to be able to just take any heavily non-motion blurred image and get a supersharp result back.
Clearly you need to watch more episodes of CSI ^_^

I don't really think it's so much about DRM, it's more about Apple's pricing model.
Why should the latest Nr 1 chartbuster be the same price as a 30 year old B-side?
If you go to a video store you also pay more for renting the latest video releases, don't you?
...it crashed when I tried to bookmark a page.

Given that you will find no AC outlets or battery chargers on a desert island, eventually you'll be playing "bang on coconuts with sticks."
Thank you, now excuse me while I go get a cloth to wipe that coffee off my monitor.
So simple even my grandmother could do it!

This was a piece of rental property that the woman owned. It was empty. None of her personal things were taken.

A 1987 Apple II would have had a 65C816 running at 2.8 MHz.
The A1200 had a 68EC020 running at 14.32 MHz.
And by 43 Places. Really neat though ^_^

Most geeks' dress sense hasn't changed much since 1989 ;)
