Unfortunately, apple removed the ability to connect to an iTunes share that is outside of the LAN. (as of Itunes v3)
The iTunes protocol needs to be reversed engineered, and an application needs to be written that performs the following functions:
1) It offers a 'virtual' share on the LAN, rendezvous style. This allows iTunes and other compatible clients to communicate with it. 2) Can be configured to connect to remote iTunes (and compatible) shares. It will then make these 'virtual shares' available on the local network via rendezvous.
1. Build a 200 foot tower in the center. 2. Add 7 outdoor webcams (power over ethernet) to cover 360 degrees (full farm). Aim to the ground at 45 degree angle. 3. Feed video into zoneminder(.com). Assign 300 zones per camera. Assign sensitivities to each zone. Assign GPS coords to each zone. 4. Build mortar that uses chain-fed shells. Mount on tripod that has tracking system capable of targeting certain GPS coords.
It is completely moral to DOS a company who has behaviors you disagree with. DOS's help companies understand the gravity of the controversy they create.
Sure, Centershift and other customers are being effected. Sounds to me like Centershift should just drop SCO. They don't offer any products worth displaying on the internet.
Surplus electricity that cannot be consumed by nearby grid users can be used for an electrolysis process to produce hydrogen. The hydrogen can then be stored and distributed for fuel cells.
Instead of relying on one huge dish to overload the satellite, use a number of smaller dishes that are precisely calculated to have the waves arrive at the same time and cause constructive interference.
The internet is a breeding ground for free information. Not all of it is quality information.
The problem is that when quality information is provided, it is popular. This in itself is not a bad thing, but people that write good content should not have to deal with the side effects of that popularity. The side effects are increased bandwidth costs to Webhosts. These people are good at writing content and shouldn't have to deal with the administrative responsibility of collecting micro-payments and advertising-revenue.
The solution? Something like freenetproject - where the content author can freely distribute his/her information without the dreary side effects of popularity.
If you have knowledge of value, it is your responsibility as a human being to give it to other people. This is why humans talk.
"I don't see any reason that legalization of a currently illegal addictive substance would drive its price down"
If illegal addictive substances were legalized, the supply would grow. Example: My Aunt runs a greenhouse company and nobody in the area wants to buy daisies. If it were legal for her to sell marijuana, she would.
Therefore, if the supply increase dramatically, and the demand increases slightly, the price will decrease semi-dramatically.
My logic on supply is obvious. My logic on increased demand is hypothetical, but I for one, would buy more.

I've wanted to do something in the middle east ever since learning about T.E. Lawrence.
Would you mind taking a look at my resume - http://www.elijahchancey.com/resume.pdf and pointing me in the right direction?
Sincerely,

Apple does not rely on security by obscurity. You just don't know much about the OS.
P.S. - LD is currently included in panther. For other common utilities that are not installed, research fink.
Something like this does exist. See www.asterisk.org

I'm the systems administrator of an ISP. If the FBI sequestered my company for information, without a judge ordered suponea, and with a gag order,
what would be the ramifications of politely telling them to fuck off while I notify the press?

I own an apple AND I change my own oil. Too lazy and geeky to get your hands greasy?
This is the plan for the family farm.
Instant homeland/farm security.

Why does chilling effects make private information concerning contact details of the offending (Sharman) party?
The original image of the copyright infringement notice has the contact information blacked out.
Why does chilling effects do this? I honestly think that making this contact information publically available would be a VERY good thing. (Wink)

More importantly, how many humps does he want from you?
Certain models of the XM Radio use a small FM transmitter to send the audio to the car's stereo system. Are XM radio's illegal in the UK?

Look, it's only the morons that go on aol. They don' think, therefore they do not benefit from the first amendment.
