Make a patent for a system of government that keeps track of who invents what and enforcing fines and rights for who can use it. Then sue the US patent system.
Ask Gravity for information on profit made when it finally made its way into the American market. If they actually made money for a while, then the MASSIVE amount of piracy that was occurring due to their server code being leaked did not hinder them from making money.
Aside from the fact that the Army had no reason whatever to believe that the "unarmed civilians" featured in "Collateral Murder" were "unarmed", and the fact that he skipped out on a planned appearance at a panel today in Las Vegas, NV...
So you would have made the same call? You saw the video I assume otherwise you wouldn't be talking about it. You saw how casually they were walking about considering a helicopter was circling above... Way to make hollow excuses for a lack of insight on the part of one soldier.
Yes, but this is just your concept of why there is religion to fill in the gaps of why back in the day when there were many why questions. Very convenient for you isn't it.
Mispaying on a parking ticket by even a cent. They issue a warrant, the warrant is attached to your license you get pulled over and get arrested. I had underpaid a parking ticket apparently by five dollars, and they put out a warrant for me. Thankfully the cop got the whole store before arresting me, and just told me to get it taken care of quickly. Which I did that night via online payment, but still. I was within an inch of being arrested.
I can't seem to find any contact information for Senior District Court Judge Kimba Wood. I want to send an E-mail explaining many things. If no E-mail is available I am willing to send her a snail mail letter even. Probably won't do any good, but hey always worth a try.
That's a fallacious argument and you know it. The 9th is there to protect the government from saying this right is not in the constitution thus you don't have it. It basically protects common sense.
I'm not a confused hippie constitutional scholar but I did just take a political science class. The teacher talked about something called precedent and about unwritten or "unenumerated" rights. The 9th Amendment counsels against dismissing such rights. The actual right to privacy was handed down in Roe v. Wade when the supreme court ruled in the favor of Norma McCorvey saying she had a right to privacy in general, and a right to abortion more specifically. Of course the right to an abortion is not equal throughout the entire pregnancy term as I am sure you know.
So don't be so quick to toss away your unwritten rights, yes you do have them, and accept that the consitution is not the final paper on where your rights are. Start looking at court cases too.
Just yesterday I had to explain to a female co-worker of mine about flash drives and how they were better than floppies... She was amazed, also at how cheap they were.
Honestly you are right, I don't study history I do read it. Now I have no problems with the increased fraud protection my major quarrel is with the current intellect property system that seems to do exactly the opposite of what it was intended to do. I mean promote creativity and inventiveness not the protection provided for the creator over his creation. It was a kneejerk reaction, but considering the post I was replying to it was relevant. Lots of horrible things have done in the name of protecting someone else.
The American public should also be protected from smoking, we should definitely ban smoking. Oh yes and drinking let us ban drinking to, we don't want the American public harming themselves. Oh and lets also protect the American public from weapons so lets just remove all the weapons... I just keep going on. Honestly the way I look at file sharing right now, is that the Government wants to enforce what the Corporations want and they are making enemies of the American People, which looking at things from a historical standpoint has caused major problems in the past. Doesn't anyone study history anymore.
I really would only call this a success in name. No way to pirate the game should mean they would have a tenfold increase in sales, but they didn't see this. Sales were rather normal for a game of this magnitude, I wonder if this means people who pirate games are unlikely to buy your game anyway.
Is anyone else totally not surprised that Ireland parent's don't want the responsibility of taking care of their children themselves and would rather have the government do it. This very type of legislature made me think Australians have no sense of personal responsibility for their children, and would rather have the government just fix the problem instead of actually using parenting skills.
Meh, just another moral justification for degradation of those who are not US citizens... When will people learn that we're all humans whether citizen or not, and should all be treated equally. Unfortunately it doesn't really work like that in reality due to the effects illegal immigration have on our society.
Probably along the same lines as to why it costs $120-300 for a pair of prescription glasses at a store, but you can get similar quality for only 40 dollars online.
I don't know about you guys but the best privacy I've found on the internet has more to do with no one really caring who you are, in which case I would prefer to be a number. Generally the internet, and media, and advertising may want to target you, but so far I'm just a number in all that data, and there isn't THAT much information publicly available on me, and to top it off, there is no reason to be interested in me. Just blend in with the crowd and your privacy is protected through obscurity.
In America this is because we are no longer a government of the people, we are a government of the corporation, and corporations make money by holding onto IP.

Not everyone has 100 dollars of disposable income they can drop on a low level smart phone.

In the US both those scientists are one and the same.
I wonder if this will spark Anonymous into trolling them? I mean more than they are already.

You know how much it takes get arrested...

People who look at drawn lolicon are considered mentally ill according to the government.

In unrelated news countries around the world start fining companies fees just because they can, also they like money!

Obviously NASA has not provided us with anything of value!
http://www.howstuffworks.com/ten-nasa-inventions.htm
By the way. I just Googled this. Took me all of 3 seconds to find something of value that NASA has provided.
Don't forget about the whole bunch of founding father's of the USA, being traitors and committing great crimes, ect, ect.

Your ideas are intriguing to me and I wish to subscribe to your newsletter.
No seriously this is very well put, and I would like to hear more.
