Funny thing happened on the way to the internet today...I have EarthStink as well...I have had them for exactly 17 days, and intend on canceling before my 30 days is up. The support is less than stoopid, they down right suck balls. I had 6 meg DSL from AT&T, and switched to Earthlink (Covad circuit) and they say I can only get 3 megs. I call in to find out why my static ip address is not working, and they hang up on me. Not because I am rude mind you, but because I insist on speaking with someone who's first language is english, not something I do not understand. Earthlink needs to pass away, they have been in the nursing home for several years now and are just polluting the rest of the Internet with their bad support and sucking software.

I am speaking of logging into the mandriva club and trying to locate a download. I have resorted to sending an email to the support people as a last desperate ditch effort to find what I am looking for. Oh, and real advice would be, keep it easy to download, don't change this after a couple days or weeks so that you have to hunt for the download again. That, and get more mirrors, they are saturated.

I have to comment on the site design you mentioned. I think their site should be flushed and started over from scratch. I am not a layman as far as computers go, have been on the innernets since 1991, and know how to find shit on a website, but theirs sucks! I could not find my ass with both hands if I depended on their site for a map to it. I have been a "Sponsor" of them (Mandriva, Mandrake, etc.) since that option became available and it has always been near impossible to find the downloads on the site. Okay...done ranting!

I honestly think it is better. I had all kinds of problems with TiVo, it would freeze up, there was a very bad delay between when I pushed a remote button, and when it actually received and processed the command, sometimes up to 30 seconds. Tuners went out in it within 10-12 days of purchase, and on, and on! I don't work for DirecTV or anyone even remotely in that industry, but I know what I like, and that is a product that works as advertised.

We make employees sign a statement that says that they will not mis-use company resources (the resources are of course defined loosely) and that they should have no expectation of privacy when using said company resources, as they are all monitored. Yes, I would squeal like a stuck pig to law enforcement if I found someone dealing in child pr0n or looking at it. Adult pr0nb is for the HR or Compliance people to deal with, as in, we don't allow you to download fuck movies using company bandwidth, if you do, you will be fired...no matter who you are.
