Yeah no kidding. But I wouldnt see why other game dev's would want to follow. Unless Microsoft forces them which they cant....I think im gana start moving towards linux...
This goes back to "Do what you have a passion for." I for one am a Programer, I deal with access and such. I make a good amount of money. This is very teadious work however, its brain busters sometimes. But would I leave that and take less to become a network administrator? (Which is what I want to be) YES.
The reason is I have a passion for network administration, I would have more fun with the job, I may make less I may make more, that doesnt matter. If I can put food on the table, then thats all that matters to me. I want a job I can enjoy doing and look forward to. I want to do what I have a passion for.
I am coming to the connclusion that the Blackberry will be staying. People are begining to take sides, not to mention im sure there are plenty of things going on behind the scenes.
Im sure right now there is a gov. official holding someone at gunpoint telling them not to side with the Blackberry. Its not going anywhere, the goverment wont let it. They are dependant on it.
I really liked FEAR, and hope to see mabey a sequal. Ever since FEAR came out it seem to blow away the so called (Scary games) Such as doom.
Perhaps this is what STALKER is trying to do. What do you guys think? Does STALKER seem up to par?
Yet another game that is going to try to copy the WoW properties. EVery new game out there has been close if not the same thing as WoW with a different interface. Im not looking forward to any MMO's at this point I have stopped when the community of n00bs migrated to WoW.
I remember great games back when they were called Squaresoft. Games such as Xenogears, Final Fantasy 6 (AKA 3) Einhander, Front Mission, Secret of Mana, Legend of mana, and even my all time Fav. Chrono trigger.
This is back when Square created some of the greatest RPG's ive ever played. But I tell you this. Ever since the name was switched to Square-enix, I have not liked one single game since. I played Kingdom hearts, and was just baffled at how much the game sucked compaired to the others.
I have not purchased a game since, and untill I see a change in quality I wont. Square was one of the best IMO. But now I have grown to love Bethesda games more.
Some side effects to Obesity can include, bitching at the grocery store, driving an SUV, eating fast food on a regular basis, and spawning overweight kids (For you female figures)
I for one really enjoy the TES series from Bethesda. Their on my top list for creating quality games that I would gladly dish out 50 bucks for. I am no fan of star trek star wars or anything with "Star" in it. But if Bethesda makes it...I'll give it a shot.

I agree, the TES4 is going to rock. But I also love a good thriller of a game, and FEAR had that for me. But I hope stalker can continue that trend.
