    The iPod didnt revolutionize anything except for higher prices. It is a bettr product, but it is a natural evolution of MP3 players and that is it.

    I will let you in on a secret....very few christians even dispute evolution because there is no reason why evolution would cause problems in their belief of God. A small percentage of christians have a problem with it, but hell, even the Pope said evolution is fine and dandy and does nothing in regards to the existance of God.

    Censoring and filtering (aka SPAM) are a bit of a different situation... you could provide spam filtering services and not be considered censoring (well besides by the actual spammers) But censoring because you disagree with the content, particularly when that content is about you.

    Actually after 9/11 it came out that the NSA was giving WAY to much info to other agencies (that it was allowed to) the problem was, it was tiny nuggets of useful info in a sea of info that was just plain useless so the dots could not be really connected in what was provided.

    Hell that sounds like a great idea. Right now in my area (in the US) you have to pay $15 on most items for the garbage to even take it, which means it just ends up in landfill.

    They did not break the law since you need someone to file a complaint, there is no chance that a complaint will ever be filed therefore.

    You put this up in front of a jury and they will be pissed they have to even waste their time hearing a case like that.
