I've gotten Linux to crash on me. But those were application issues or bugs. It never brought down the whole OS though. I really doubt that Ubuntu is as easy to set up with wireless card. The only way I have gotten mine(Netgear WG111) to work is with ndisrapper.
Linux is not quite as easy to use for noob user as you might think. The first thing that comes to mind is: OMG where the exe! That said, Linux is much more fun to use than crappy windows.
Well it does depend what you shoot the crate with, a pistol doesn't work. Now if you used a rocket launcher, than the crate had better shift unless its filled with lead or something.
My IP address hasn't changed in at least 6 months, though it could be due to the fact that I have a router. I also keep my computer on most of the time.
I have the Hyper 6 from Coolermaster too. I have it one DFI Lanparty nF4D-Ultra. I go to LAN parties every 1-3 months, I don't take it apart every time. It stays on fine. Even took out my old motherboard with the heatsink on, it was a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum. I admit it did bend fiercely, but having someone else support the underside saved it. For reference this is a 600gram copper cooler.
Maybe you could try aquiring a copy of Norton Ghost to backup your windows. As for linux, we'll i'm kinda of a noob myself. However, I do prefer SuSe 10.0. 10.1 should be finished by the end of April. http://www.opensuse.org/
Oops, my bad. I thought people were talking about explorer windows only, and it does make sense it affects the run command as well, which does indeed open it in FireFox.
Gee it doesn't do that on my computer. Typing google.com in the my computer window still brings it up in internet explorer. FireFox is my default browser, I checked too.
I admit I didn't read TFA, but even if Intel does have the better processor. Most people would love to have either of these processors, though they do not have over $1000 to blow on it. In the more affordable range, AMD is still kicking tail.
It won't cost $1,000,000 and thanks to Sony not having Microsoft's "Rush To The Market" attitude you don't have to worry about it melting to your carpet!
It won't melt it. It will just rootkit your carpet. By the time it will be released, we will have smart everythings.
Sure you can. You have to move the magnets around, which still requires energy. But that can be used to generate electricity(overall the energy should equal out, but you convert the energy)
I read an article somewhere about how stars near the black hole in the center of our galaxy, can get ejected at a high speed away from the galaxy. Maybe they could do something with those stars.
Where there is a high velocity star, there is usually a will.

I'd say they don't suck at sucking.
Looks like they got sick of all us bitching os /. about it. Hmm, I wonder.
I am so sick of windows, I wish that it would be more stable.
Haven't had a good laugh in a while. Funny thing is, I can actually see that happening
It's about time Dell wised up to AMD.

site doesn't work, link must have expired or they took it down, when they saw the bandwidth costs

I think that the ad is expired.
"Price Good from Friday, Feb 17, 2006 through Tuesday, Feb 21, 2006."
Now there is something that doesn't often.
Can something orbit itself? Theres a new concept for me.

Well they wouldn't be helping to destroy the world, the US will just have to use enough nukes to cover for everyone else.

It also crawls on ATi Crossfire setups due to eiether a driver bug or game bug.
And thats only if they have no income. A man can dream right?

It also asks if you have a Solaris application, and whether it is multithreaded.
I don't think they were asking for credit information, though don't quote me on that.

Shhh. Your wife might hear you.
