    You do realize that 1 Windows phone is probably 5-10% of the market. that is not the case with Android phones.

    Right, Germany is just so likely to get uppity again. All of the money we are wasting only serves two purposes, it increases the profits of the companies that sell to the military, and boosts the swagger of those who feel the having others people kill foreigners in their name makes them oh so big and macho.

    The big problem with the shuttle is that they had to give it a huge payload in order to get the military to sign on and get the necessary funding. If they were to start again using modern technologies, they should be able to create something smaller for human launches that is both safer and cheaper.

    In a lot of these cases, there is a ferry to take you across the river. The problem is that most of the time, the ferry is not at end of the ramp and off the end you go.

    Why sell the tickets. I'd just keep an eye on the next available tickets, and it they were winners, buy them myself. If they were not winners, wait for someone else to buy the losers. Since I'm already at the store, my time is essentially paid for.

    No, I've made plenty of mistakes. I also test things and don't ship the screwups hoping no-one else will notice. While it's been a couple of decades since I've done government work, The spec's I had to follow were such that actually testing to them would have shown up any problems that would be bad enough to be visually detectable.

    Sounds familiar. A friend of mine was kept on with a company as one of only three engineers when the company was sold. Apparently a plantation is more valuable if you throw in a few slaves to work it.
