Im not sure this is actually a troll. Propoganda by allies was huge in WWII and delaying/not reporting bad news was a must. Check out the CBC documentary, Love Hate and Propoganda, that aired a couple weeks ago: http://www.cbc.ca/documentaries/lovehatepropaganda/
I'm all for the worker and believe the people should stand up and push the laws to legalize unions so they can get better working conditions. But where are the pictures that Microsoft doesn't want us to see?? Is it that one picture where people are sleeping on the job? These pictures just don't do the cause any justice. Especially when I've recently seen highly paid people sleeping on the job http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/toronto/archive/2010/01/22/ttc-napper-under-investigation.aspx
I'm surprised he didn't say he would pull out a gun and shoot them. Hell, make it a shotgun.
What he doesn't realize is that even bullies have friends. You pull a gun and shoot one, they'll pull a gun and shoot you. Now you are dead. Should have stuck with the good ole fist fight.
Wow, cheating trade nations. I hope the US puts themselves on the top of that list. Trade problems with the US have been a constant battle from Canada since the Free Trade Agreement was signed in the 90's.
It's a cool script and I hope you keep improving it.
In iwlist.awk you are doing a "strip(mac)". Are you incrementing the count only when a unique AP is found with the same SSID as opposed to incrementing when passing by the same one another time?
By searching for some of those SSID names it might not be difficult to plot a map of where he works and the route taken. If starting in suburbia it might be more difficult to find out where he lives.
Splitting the car would mean having license plates and insurance for two vehicles. It would be like owning two smart cars and having one tow the other.
Less than 50 years ago a guy named Mao was able to pull together a country of 1.3 billion people and almost wipe out that culture. He brought massive change to the country. It wasn't novel for the world but it was for China. Post-Mao brought an almost complete reversal with what I would say is just as big of a change.
I sure met a lot of people who were stuck in the old ways and they were mostly over 60. The young are out exploring the world, something their parents would have never had a chance to do. The town I stayed in (pop. > 80000) had very little young as it was a prosperous town and most are foreign students. The young who were in town were mostly the uneducated looking for work.
When are the Vietnam missions coming out where a villiage gate opens and you have to pillage and rape all the civilians? That's right, nobody is stupid enough to do it for the same reason.
Want a car analogy? What if AAA took away your keys and left you with the valet one everytime you locked your keys in the car, or your insurance company installed a camera on your dashboard [slashdot.org] to make you paranoid and start to do that check-your-mirror-every-3-to-5-seconds thing you did while taking driving lessons and then immediately stopped once you passed your test.
Its more like your co-worker uses the company and its you are the mechanic. Every he comes back with the car it looks like it was used in a massive orgy and car fluids are leaking all over the place. You start the engine to see whats wrong and it shuts itself off.
You continuously let the guy know the problems hes causing but he is still going to invite the hookers into the car.
How much of your time do you spend fixing things? The workstation is a tool for performing a set of work tasks. If they can continue to do their job with a "no mercy" policy then whats the problem? Its like putting a giant piece of plastic on the seats and when they leave the car it all gets removed. They can still let the hookers in but won't get things dirty.
If a company, such as baidu, pays the government for this "flicker" service, is it still called protectionism? I would rather call it capitalistic. The government is merely opening up its doors to different streams of revenue. I wouldn't be surprised if other Chinese companies have been hurt with similar tactics.
most of the world
Most of the world's people, most of the world's governments, or both?

There are a lot of "should be" and not a lot of "will be" on that page.

There are so many complaints to the WTO that they've had to separate them into different catagories. http://www.wto.org/english/tratop_E/dispu_e/distabase_wto_members4_e.htm

One name is "Bourke Street". Assuming he is taking the tram then it must be route 86, 95 or 96. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bourke_Street,_Melbourne#Transportation
Awesome now I can enjoy handsfree video chat!!
I would not consider that a large and bulky scanner at all. Check out these scanners being used by Robarts Library in Toronto for the Internet Archive project: http://www.flickr.com/photos/15573112@N03/4252089363/in/set-72157623030966641/
It only took 1 Brazilian heist to almost topple these 1100+.

So ya, they are built in China.
Obviously you've never owned a motorcycle umbrella.

Meanwhile the Russians are laughing.
How many foreign industries are actually in China? How many are simply Chinese companies subcontracted by US companies?
I wouldn't build my own plant there because when labor becomes to expensive it will be sent to Cambodia or Indonesia.

Most people will do anything to make a buck, such as even leaving their children behind, and become part of the largest mass migrations in the world. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE50C10J20090113
This article pegs it at almost 200million people (2/3 of the US population). If thats not a completely different way of living then I dont know what is. http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/World-News/Chinese-New-Year-Mass-Migration-As-Chinas-Population-Visit-Their-Families/Article/200901415210152

It looks like they are doing fairly good now with cars and cell phones.

its a subtle and effective form of protectionism
