I say, about time! I tried buying something on eBay twice, both sellers had 99% approval and hundreds of sells, both times, the product was broken although the description said it was 'like new'. And of course, after telling the owner, he just gave me negetive points. After emailing eBay, they said there was nothing they could do about it. What a load of crap.
Yeah, creationists don't think God is powerful enough to think out such a thing. Why do they want it to be more simple than it is? God, Allah, etc. etc. is more complicated than just waving his finger and saying 'Oh, there ya go little humans...'
As a 'basis' is not the same thing. EVERYONE knows how to draw. Everyone. The conversation starts when you are talking about if the drawing is actually good or not.
IE7 already has what MS is going to apply to earlier versions. It allows the movie to play, however, in order to use any controls inside the movie (pause, play, etc. etc.) you are required to click once first or hold down the shift key (or some other button) while clicking or click it first...
I wasn't talking about the UK specifically, but urban areas in particular. Having cities which do get lots of sun have these, like all the California cities, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, etc. etc. along with Chinese cities, Mexico city... it would help out the energy problem tremendously allowing for other areas around the world to use other means.
And, with mass production of solar panels of this type, it would lower the cost, along with lowering electricity bills of those buildings since they wouldn't even need an outside source to give them electricity. So whoever builds the buildings would pay for it, because they would be saving money in the long run. Also, if all goes well and more than enough electricity is created, they could sell it to buildings surrounding it or other areas/states/cities etc. surrounding it.
Houses already do this. This was maybe last year or so, but on the history channel there was something about solar panel houses and they produced more than enough electricity for themselves, they even sold electricity to the city which they generated from the solar panels. The panels were expensive, but the estimates were that within 15-20 they would be making money from it.
So if you have a whole suburban area layered with solar panels and then skyscrapers, other buildings with them creating energy, a whole city could be run off just solar panels, or atleast 30-40%.
Infact, some Los Angeles skyscrapers hinted at the idea a few years back and also some New York skyscrapers. Check out: http://www.ecmweb.com/mag/electric_photovoltaic_sy stems/index.html
How about increase developement into solar energy? Start building our skyscrapers with glass laced with solar panel windows which conduct the heat energy while being clear, eccentually making all skyscrapers huge energy making machines...
And start building suburban houses with roofs made of solar panels (this is already being done in some places).
I was thinking this could be more of a 'test' the military did to see how terrorists/enemy states could attack their country... a red powder floating down similar to anthrax but visible and non-toxic would give them an ideal of what would happen...
I stated schools, meaning school libraries, class rooms, etc. If you think it was easy to escape, tell the kids at Columbine High School the same thing.
Some of the kids there used cell phones to call the police/parents etc. which did infact help those out, not all, but some. The main phone calls came from the library I think, which had landlines. But this was before the cellphone revolution of the 2000s also. Nowadays many more people have cell phones and could have notified police/administrators/security etc. far sooner.
This should never be used. Too many events have happened in the past were cell phones saved lives/could have saved lives. What are we going to tell the parents when their child gets killed by another student when someone could have opened their cell phone and called 911 to save his/her life.
DST is actually used to conserve energy. The USA is actually lengthening DST in 2007 by about a month. It has nothing to do with farmers, it's a myth.
Infact, farmers protested the idea when it was first put into effect.
Bayer, the company which brought parts of Europe AIDS... how great.
Honestly, it looks more like Ubuntu than anything MS has put out.

Why has there been such a precedent lately to post old news?

There aren't many jobs in drawing nowadays anyways. It's all computerized.
Now if only the government can install GPS under our skin when we are born we will be all set.
Is there going to be any REAL news today? Or is it just going to be filled with ponies and pot of golds?
This has to be the worst April Fools joke in atleast a year...
boohoo.

How are his children suppose to get their homework done???

There was a Saturday Night Live skit exactly like that a few years back.
They even got the simplest thing wrong "While a baby girl copies the scene where Lisa appears to be driving Marg's car." It's Maggie!
Be sure to have two hamsters, one female, one male hooked up to an auto-grain replenisher from the local grainery.
