    Saddam was most assuredly an Arab. Persians are mostly Iranian, not Iraqi. He hated them and fought against them for most of the 1980s.

    Negligence only really came into existence in 1932, so by this point the case law wouldn't apply to the US.

    By submitting your paper for publication, it shows that you want it to be published. By publishing the paper for you, they are performing a service. This is a valid consideration.

    There is no such thing as licensing of private investigators in the UK. Anyone can do it - there's just nothing that they can (legally) do that anyone else is forbidden to do.

    Why would I need to buy another one? My mobile phone gets wear and tear in my pocket, but my GPS stays in the car, until I need to update the maps. So there's really no need to upgrade on a continuous cycle.

    Sorry, no. From Perry's Chemical Engineers' Handbook, 7th Edition, Section 12, Page 9:

    Air at atmospheric pressure, 60 degrees F, 0 % (relative) humidity: specific volume = 13.096 cubic feet per pound of air
    Air at atmospheric pressure, 60 degrees F, 100 % relative humidity: specific volume = 13.329 cubic feet per pound of air

    I.e. humid air is less dense.

    It's not density at normal conditions that is important, it is molecular weight.

    Molecular weight of air = 28.8
    Molecular weight of water = 18

    So adding water makes the air less dense.
