but for PCs it will become somewhat more common. I think Ive seen a few places online where you can download when you buy a game, I know Id Software does this. Although some people like paper manuals and hardcopies of the serial keys and such.
thats the reason AOL bought Netscape to get the people who were going to netscape.com AND those that were downloading and installing Netscape, so they could put those AOL links in there also. I remember years back some article on the web that AOL was getting info on what sites people browsed from Netscape 6. It was like spyware bundled inside the browser.
Heaven forbid we put some money in the bank, pay bills, take care of other things first. Although I havent bought a game in 2yrs, since I now just play Open Source/Free ones.
Years back Microsoft tried to buy out Nintendo, back before M$ made the Xbox. Theres a story online about Shiggy laughing and saying they had no need to sell, they were profitable. Also I highly doubt a Japanese company would sell out to an American one, its just not their way of doing things.
I wonder how much they will charge for each game. If they priced it rather low, $5 or less, a lot of people would buy them legally. Lets face it Emulation wont go away, and the only way to find some of the old games is to either search flea markets or download them off the internet. Miyamoto is like the Steve Jobs of the console business and the Picasso of game design.
Water, its what I primarily drink, I prefer it ice cold:) You get used to the clean plain taste after awhile few months. I gave up sodas when I was a teen, because my stomach started to feel like I was having a ulcer. Once you drink water long enough, everything else tastes way too thick and heavy.
But if you must have sugar, try Kern's, they make several unique fruit drinks such as Pear, Strawberry, Banana and so on.
I'm surprised no one mentioned Snapple or Gatorade either. Guess everyone here is a coffee and soda junkie.
Indeed - with the stock market well over 10,000 and unemployment under 5%, it's an absolute disaster.
Those numbers really dont tell the whole truth. How many of the employed, now have better higher paying jobs, or jobs with healthcare? And there never is a stat for UNDERemployment. The middle class isnt getting stronger. Those numbers dont really mean much, just like the GDP goes up whenever a tree is cut down or someone gets cancer.
I dont see them teaming up, ever. Personally I think people are taking the Google thing too far, sure they are doing great on the internet, but if they try to weaken Google and somehow succeed they only make it easier for Microsoft to come in and take over like they always do.
well at least to most people. Its more of a portal with a weak search. Although that might be changing. The difference is that most people that get Firefox, choose to install it, and if it comes with some flavor of Linux, there usually is like 3 other browsers they can pick from.
Exactly, the news had more fun talking about stupid crap like Rush Limbaugh being arrested (I cant stand him but who cares). Thats one reason I dont watch the News and apparently I'm not missing anything good, because they dont cover the important things. What's sad is that a lot of Americans depend on them to report this information, and well they arent being told whats going on, whats really going on.

I'd like something official that worked like the Super Game Boy did. The screenshots of the TV show a rounded black blur on the sides. At first I thought it was a an adapter to watch TV on the DS, not the other way around.
I hate that color. Im guessing the person who picked that color got it from Windows 95/98, since that green-aqua color is the default background color.
Not having to hit the A button 50times to get through the mandatory back story of the game. I swear I hate games that dont let you just skip that stuff.
My favorite game would have to be Star Raiders on the 2600. It had unique consequences for failed systems, if you shields were damaged they would flicker on and off, if photons were hurting you might fire one out of one side or it might fire every so presses, if the engines were damaged you couldnt hyperwarp and they sounded damaged. I've yet to find any other space fighting games as fun and simple as that game, I end up spinning around in 360degrees just trying to find a enemy to fight.
Stuff like page transitions, HTML TIME, their own proprietary tags for fancy text shadows, blur and gradiants. I realize a few rare people might use those but I think they could just use open standards instead. So many other programs out their depreciate things over time, why cant they? Thats how Firefox (phoenix) became the lightweight champ it is, it dropped a lot of the bloat Mozilla had.
they give them software if the college agrees to use and or teach certain languages such as.NET or ASP and such. I wasnt given the exact information on what software they give them but I'm guessing it maybe licences for Windows or Office, as well as reduced or free.NET software.
Well if those drivers work in the Freespire with all their codecs and stuff, I'll give it a try. I've yet to get those to work in anything but Windows so far.
Thats one thing I didnt like, i usually ended up on the "you died" page or was given another page with more possible options, and its hard to keep track of all the backpages you came from, unless u right them down or try to put a finger in each slot in the tiny paperback. Other than that those books were great, I've always wondered why they died down, I'm sure kids today would enjoy them.

We now have a new product called iSlaves

Defeat the evil Hamburglar and you will be rewarded with the Pepsi Powerup! Invincibility magic for 10minutes when used.
Seriously can they use that claim to track people on sites like these?

Amazing how people will do crazy stuff when they know they can get on TV.

Democracy is just a government framework, not an economic one. And contrary to what some believe, I dont think Capitalism has to come with Democracy.
