"I watched the game at a friend's house and ofter the Go Daddy Ad aired, they decided to switch registrars for their family domain away from Go Daddy."
Commercial or not, they should have done this a LONG time ago....
You mean like all the Republicans "moved on" after Clinton left office? Because we sure didn't hear anything about that guy after he wasn't acting president anymore...
All you need to do is heat up the glue on the stickers with a hair dryer for a few seconds, and they peel right off. Wouldn't suggest using a heat gun on the laptop plastic frame though. Unless you really like texture.
The entertainment business and "genuine human progress" are hardly related. Great films are fun, but don't advance society in significant ways. (And this is coming from someone who spent a year or so in school as a wanna be filmmaker.)
That is INCOME tax and is a bird of another feather. The act of growing plants does not generate monetary income in and amongst itself.
P.S. If I found a million dollars there is no way in hell I would pay taxes on it. The only money I wouldn't be able to keep out of it would be the bribes to South American officials.
Actually, it is there for both (but more for the profits, I will certainly give you that). Although the ones making the revenue from the bonds could probably actually care less about the safety of those making their own fuel. But it is a convenient excuse that they can use which can't just be dismissed outright because there is a profit involved. Same with bathtub gin during Prohibition. Mobsters didn't want people making it because it cut into their profits. Others didn't want people making it because it was dangerous. Both points are valid and are not mutually exclusive.
It is comparing apples to oranges. Growing things is generally not dangerous. Having people make their own fuel/engine modifications can be dangerous if you don't know exactly what you are doing.
Don't make wild assumptions. I don't think anybody who grows/picks/uses cannabis should be taxed anything, period. I also don't think fuel-guy should have been fined either, I was merely pointing out that it was not the same situation as we were discussing.
That has zero to do with what we are talking about. The guy in NC did not pay a fuel bond and was fined for it. He didn't grow anything himself - he bought soybean oil at Costco.
If you grew it yourself and never sold any, there would be no reason to tax it. You aren't taxed for growing things, you are taxed for selling things (or providing a service).
That's because I was trying to keep it objective by being factual, not politically partisan. There were plenty more people who got rich from Prohibition, I only named one of the most (in)famous ones.
Yes. For more information I suggest you look into Prohibition in America. It basically created organized crime and made a lot of people, Al Capone being one of the most famous, very rich. For more further reading, also check out what happens to prices of goods once they go from being sold legally to being sold on the black market.
Bush was only a part of the larger problem with government. And his legacy (whatever that is) is still with us even if he is no longer president.
And BTW, questioning your government's authority is never "pathetic". Pathetic is being a pablum fed lemming and never questioning anything the government does - regardless of who the figurehead in charge happens to be.
Where in the world did you get that from? The OP said that Excel itself DID corrupt the files, and that the "same version" of the application would not open it on another machine. He never said the file was NOT corrupt and that Excel was erroneously reporting that it was, nor that the problem was different versions of Excel.
The whole "Clinton vandalization of the White House" has been debunked as lies so many times it isn't even funny.
Amazing that you point out that "you can try to spend the next 4 years saying that everything bad happening is because Bush used to be President, but it will get stale after a while" while taking a (false) cheap shot at Clinton. You do realize Clinton has been out of office for a long while now, don't you?
"My iPhone is a heck of a lot slimmer than the Nokia candy bar phone I was using up until now"
You do realize we live in a 3 dimensional world, don't you? There are two other dimensions to consider in addition to width. And here is a hint - the other two dimensions are larger than the average cell phone size.

That they pronounce "about" as "a boot"?
(With apologies to South Park)
Because I read it and commented on it, that makes it funny? Double fail.
You and your sense of humor failed. So sorry.

Let's lynch the landlord!

Next time try this from Excel. Go to File->Save As-> and for type choose "NON-corrupt" file. I make the same mistake all the time.
Where in the world did you get that from? The OP said that Excel itself DID corrupt the files, and that the "same version" of the application would not open it on another machine. I don't care what your ID number is, you MUST be new here.
Yes because everybody know files created with open source software NEVER get corrupted. It just isn't in their nature.
Yeah, all the cash I saved by not buying a $600 phone!

"Could you imagine 19 giant black cocks repeatedly ass raping and mouth fucking you?"
Sounds almost as painful as reading stupid racist filled rants by small minded idiots.
