The likely basis for Iranian Nuclear technology is Russian
It's more than likely, it's widely known to be Russian. The Germans started building the Bushehr reactor, the Soviets and then the Russians finished it (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bushehr_Nuclear_Power_Plant). The Russians are even operating it, with the fuel coming from Russia, and spent fuel sent back to Russia (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-11045537).
I wish I could mod you up. The Pirate Bay hasn't received anything. All we have a screenshot of someone filling in their contact form. Who was filling it and whether or not it was ever sent will remain unknown until The Pirate Bay confirm that they received it, and the real Dmitry Chestnykh from Coding Robots confirms that he actually sent it. Hasn't anyone actually bothered to at least contact them and ask?
ie, free-to-play games that actually have a recurring cost for the developer.
Because how to monetize free-to-play games has been solved when the first game came out: people bought your game, and you got their money.
Um, there should be no quotes around "fixes". While JailBreakMe uses the exploit for honest purposes, we need to keep in mind that the exploit is a huge security hole that needs to get fixed ASAP.
We give you content/services/Internet access for free, you let us sell your information to advertisers - fair.

We give you content/services/Internet access, you give us money, we *still* sell your information to advertisers - not fair.
I think part of the problem might be money. TV Networks and hospital emergency rooms realize that their business and people's lives depend on their uptime. Many bosses in IT, not so much. So while I suspect most IT guys would love n+1 everything with regular tests, that takes resources, which are sometimes not allocated
Note: quantification is left deliberately vague because I have 0 numbers to back up my point with. Except for that previous 0.
5. The goal is to have stops spread about everywhere so that where you want to go should be no more than a 15 minute walk after arrival. Current mass transit can leave you with miles to go to your destination.
I dunno about where you live, but here a lot of buses have stops literally on every corner, and there are subway stations where you can see the next station through the tunnel. And it was built in the 60s, when walking 5 minutes wasn't en epic undertaking.
*bangs head against wall*
Doctor! Doctor! My head hurts.
I have a better idea for Apple. When the volume is higher than some threshold, display the finger.

Populus is crowd-sourced calculus!
Never mind the first intercontinental jetpack flight, the guy invented a whole new engine!
Who is Swatika, and what does she have that's illegal to display in Germany?
Blizzard already have their content distribution network - it's called BitTorrent.
No really, their downloader for the WoW client and patches is a (possibly modified/customized) branded BitTorrent client.
It would make it cool.
There was the Kogan Agora, which looked pretty sweet until it got indefinitely delayed.
