Just think what would happen if ALL apps, not only apple apps would start to work fast (the horror). It's not like microsoft, who uses hidden api features so only microsoft apps work faster and look better.

Superstar programmer lays out fundaments of project and helps normal programmers when there are major problems. Then normal programmers do much of the work, and rookies make things which are boring for normal programmers (like inputting milion sql entries to database, because it would be too long to develop tool which could do it automatically).
Creating -hard and selling - easy is actually true for GOOD music. It's the other way for music Record labels sell. Look at radiohead, they created music and it sold almost itself.
Or sites that change size of my browser window to that of screen. My browser is actually maximized, but they will demaximize it and change size to match size of screen (sometimes few pixels smaller).
