If it is idle, it is too cool to drive a fan. So fan does not cool it. If temperature raises too much, there is plenty energy for fan, so it cools the chip. What is so hard in understanding it?
YES! Thank you for the fine post. This article almost made me think that apple is bad. But no, apple makes everything for its customers. Just think what would happen if ALL apps, not only apple apps would start to work fast (the horror). It's not like microsoft, who uses hidden api features so only microsoft apps work faster and look better.
Well, it works ok in company where I work. I had this superstar programmer role in some projects and I know it really works. Superstar programmer lays out fundaments of project and helps normal programmers when there are major problems. Then normal programmers do much of the work, and rookies make things which are boring for normal programmers (like inputting milion sql entries to database, because it would be too long to develop tool which could do it automatically).
Creating -hard and selling - easy is actually true for GOOD music. It's the other way for music Record labels sell. Look at radiohead, they created music and it sold almost itself.
Or sites that change size of my browser window to that of screen. My browser is actually maximized, but they will demaximize it and change size to match size of screen (sometimes few pixels smaller).
It's atually 15B but COMPILED. Try this with uncompiled code. Povray doesn't have compiled code, only source, so 512B IS admirable, when some of your instructions have 15B in length.
Seriously, isn't that what you want to hear a politician just come out with? I'm so sick of greedy pricks in suits going around attacking anyone and everyone for infringing on their precious IP, and getting quoted in the media. Ignore them, for god's sake. -- == yetihehe == "My totem is too great for your desperate fighting techniques!" - T. Hawk (Super Street Fighter II)
Yeah, our soldiers are STILL appalled at the very idea of attacking civilians and say they wouldn't do it. They have now process for destroying two Afghan villages:/
Yes, you are right. This brace helps you to brake your leg, when you straighten it for next step. It uses your lower leg momentum to generate electricity.
On the plus side, it's easier to measure charge.

I have even a catchy name: Aether
Or maybe by time running out of universe. If there is time running out, then everything would speed up (like expansion of universe and satellites).

Slashdotted. It's like flash mob tried to ask you for directions.
But imagine what will happen when DNF finally arrives. It could be start of a new epoch (it certainly be the end of one).
Actually I think you could run windows 95 just in cache. Now say about bloat...

The truth is a superposition of this two, so thruth is quantum. So could quantum computer uncover the truth? A: Maybe.
The REAL australian aboriginal boomerangs never return. Because they are embedded in someone's chest...
Hmm, maybe your isp somehow filters it? I'm writing this post through it, and didn't have any problems lately.
But bottle rockets are using non reacting mass as a fuel. When you have reacting fuel, this is no more bottle rocket, but ordinary rocket.
Or use relakks. Works good on a 100mbit connection. Sure, it costs 50 a year, but is worth when your isp tries to filter torrents (campus network).

I think GP meant we could run win98 on 200mhz processor. So 200mhz isn't really slow, only modern feature packed systems.

Better question: How long will it blend?
