What the hell are you people drinking up there that you can make that comparison? I mean, I guess you would be wide awake after drinking it, but damn...
Have to add that when you go to the "Sign the Letter" page and read it, you are opting in to a news letter and they provide a link to a non existing privacy policy with a 404 message reading "The page you are looking for is The best thing I never had." So I'd be dubious about giving them my details...
Personally, I don't buy stuff from anyone based on who endorsed it or who styled it. You don't HAVE to be a douche bag not to get my money... but if you are it puts you at the top of the do not buy list. I wouldn't buy anything from Hillary either, and you couldn't even GIVE me one of Bill's cigars!
In fifteen years, when they write the two paragraphs in the 8th grade history books about this election, do you think Donald Trump will even be mentioned?
I think he may have as much effect as Ross Perot had in 1992...
Yes because our company had DevOps and Sys Admins doing very different things.. DevOps has just been dissolved here, and this thing of tribes and guilds has been implemented, where a tribe can have people for any number of different areas working together on a common set of goals or targets.
Because art is all about the artist attempting to elicit an emotional response from the person experiencing their work, and since no so-called 'AI' has actual emotions, it can't understand art, and therefore can't 'create' art.
Even if I accept your narrow definition of art as "elicits and emotional response", I can't accept your non sequitur: having emotions is not a precondition for eliciting an emotional response. Just consider a flat tire to know that.
What's worse is that Majorana fermions are their own anti-particle - so they have no charge - so if the electron split into three of them - where did it's charge go?
This stuff is *hard* to understand!
Can the charge be consumed by the action of splitting? I really don't know about sub-atomic kinetics but the energy has to go somewhere so potential(charge) to kinetic(split) is the only thing I see as an opening... otherwise I'm really not happy with energy just evaporating... Hey maybe there really is æther but it's a very short lived kinetic property of matter!
Upon the presentation of a death certificate and showing proof of relation (such as a spouse or parent) most businesses are required to provide access to the assets, information or belongings, of the deceased.
Why should Apple be any different?
Because Apple does not possess either the photos OR the password. The only way they could comply is to break their own product with new software that does not exist now... at least not at Apple. Creating this new software would destroy the value of their products. It's like telling a vault manufacturer they must break into a bank because they best know how to pull it off. Now, it would seem that another company can do the required work, which means THEY have tools to break into some iPhones ( the FBI case was an older model phone ) so this appeal should be directed to those people, not Apple.
Anyone know why they might call Flash on Google.com? (View the source and search)
Because Flash bakes the best cookies?
I know just the place for it...

You're right, it looks like somebody tried to hit Insightful but missed and hit Funny.
Five times...
...It's all a conspiracy by CIA and secret reptilian government to discredit Putin...
Sir, implying that reptiles secretly control the government is an insult to reptiles everywhere!
Print one, just make sure there are no patents protecting it first...
This looks safe, maybe. Also, it does not seem to be a secret.

Run GWX Control Panel in monitor mode...

Kind of a large leap, but could they eventually use this to connect parapalegics to brain dead surrogates?
At Last! A way to re-animate Congress!

Maybe his real name is "Kelvin"?
Didn't he used to have a stuffed tiger with whom he shared many adventures?
Yes because our company had DevOps and Sys Admins doing very different things.. DevOps has just been dissolved here, and this thing of tribes and guilds has been implemented, where a tribe can have people for any number of different areas working together on a common set of goals or targets.
Why did the giant pillow fight from Community just come to mind...

To catch a fish, to catch a fish, to catch a fucking fissssssssh
Because modern fish fishers know that only fishy fish can catch fish, not luddite non-fish shit.
Fish!
Was this a First Flounder?
Use mathematics to debunk supersticians.
That's a great service! I hate it when my supersticians get all full of bunk...
and I'm not touching that stuff...

I've always thought he was working for Hillary anyways...
which means my steelfoil hat is better than your tinfoil hat...

As long as they send the stereotypical giant stompy robots, I'm happy with the result.
Who doesn't like giant stompy robots?
I would guess people in the vicinity of the giant stompy parts...
But I'm just guessing...
