Thats great, except in both of those "stealing" arguments, you are depriving someone of something tangeable by taking it away from them.

With piracy you havent taken anything away from anyone.

The argument that you have taken money away from the developers by pirating the game doesnt even hold, as you cant say with certainty that everyone who pirated the game would have purchased it.

Luckily there are apps for a jailbroken iphone that build on the functions of the default apps. iRealSMS is a brilliant messaging app for the iphone, of course it will never be avaliable on the appstore as it competes with their rubbish sms app. Its got real inboxes outboxes and sent messages templates drafts landscape typing.

This is why un-jailbroken iphones arent as good. If an apple official app sucks, well thats just too bad.

Steam currently allows you to give a duplicate game you currently have away as a gift. I dont think it will be too much longer before it allows you to sell your game to another steam user. It would be far less risky than buying any other online game second hand as steam should be able to tell you the status of the account etc as they hold all the CD-Keys. Of course im sure it will take a comission in there somewhere, but Im not adverse to that they have to make money from the proccess.
