Haha, that scene was entertaining at the theater I went to. The whole theater was silient and it was supposed to be a very emotional scene. During the silence some guy a few rows back ripped a huge one. The whole place was laughing throughout this scene...
I'm pretty sure the acceleration is not linear. I think the coeficient of drag increases quadratically with higher speeds. I don't think you accounted for the low density of the foam either. Less dense objects will be effected more by drag (more volume/S.A., less momentum).
No it's not cutting edge. You are just downloading a 3 dimensional game from people all over the world by clicking on a link. What more do you want??! It amazes me when I really think about ALL that goes into the entire process.
Right, but during prohibition people were making moonshine. When making moonshine if the person doesn't seperate the methanol from the ethanol then you can go blind by drinking it. Beer on the other hand doesn't pose any risk.
I've played Halo using the Game Spy Arcade XBox tunnelling, and it seemed pretty laggy. I have read somewhere that Halo doesn't handle the higher pings of the internet very well because it was designed to be on a LAN only. The game played with no lag at all if you hosted the game, but it lagged quite a bit when others hosted the game.
The person probably had to memorize the prompts, and if she is capable of that, then I think learning the number pad wouldn't be very hard. Not that I'm against brail on the machines, just think it'd be possible to use them without it.
I have a feeling that you're not just speaking about FL, but most of the United States. Compared to us "31337" Slashdotters most humans are "idiots". Not just Floridians.
That was the 2004 reference, Bioware hasn't been giving out too much info on when the linux client will be released. So now there's a bunch of linux users who bought the NWN games a month ago and are mad because they don't know when it will be released..that's why I'm waiting to buy it after the Linux version is out.
I'm the complete opposite (but have played many more hours of chess than Go). In Go, I have a harder time of figuring out what my goals are, and how to achieve them. In chess, I can realize my goals by looking at my opponent's positional weakness. I know that if I played Go more I would catch on to similar strategies, but I think the learning curve is much steeper in Go. In the little Go I've played, it's harder for me to distinguish a good move because it's so abstract. Whereas in chess, you often know it's a good move because you can immediately gain material or a positional advantage.
They were a little mixed up in the review of the matching game (pretty cool to have games on there).
"Ok here we are playing LPairs, the memory game where you have to match pairs.
Notice the Linux Devil is one of the playing cards. (You will also find
the UNIX Penguin as well!)
It's pretty cool though, and I bet they will release the GPL, the tech support guy may have just been clueless. If he didn't know what the GPL is then he would just think you're randomly calling requesting the source code for the unit.

I've had good luck with Zinf.
I've gotten a cable modem in an appartment (University Owned) that had ethernet in all the rooms. I needed it for work.
I think here, if you can get cable tv then you can get cable internet.
You actually think most speed limits are resonable? I think DOT needs to multiply them by 1.25-1.5 in many zones.
Spamming isn't free, yes cheaper but not free. Servers/bandwidth, etc. I'm just glad it doesn't kill trees like traditional spam.

You so sure?

Seems the oposite in the Bahamas. From what I've seen the rum is cheaper than the coke ;)

No "(free reg required blah blah blah blah)" ?
Ahh..so you're one of those guys..

Yes, have multiple times. You can make an apt., or you can catch him/her on the campaign trail.
Yes, he could make an apt just like anyone else.
Ideally these are the same exact thing.

Right. But there are a lot of people on the Bioware forum complaining about having a usless $55 CD because they don't have windows.

They can make sounds indeed. Check out the docs.
Does that work by using Gimp to make that image, or is there a known way to get Kazaa going now (cause I want it! ;) )?
