    There is actually more than 100% available in the game. I've read that you can get 100% on one play through if you give the sphere to the right faction. There are some parts that are missable so it helps to follow a walkthrough.

    He probably converted the hex numbers to integers' created a new string using the corresponding ASCII chars and then performed a simple string rotation cipher. Just a hunch.

    Yep, more or less. I took the hex and popped it into a hex to ascii converter (there are plenty online versions). Then I took the result and ran it through a ROT13 cipher.

    Translation (required hex->asci then ROT13) for the lazy:

    The statement to the effect that people acting in concert (as a pack) can "lead to lone wolf behavior in the cyber realms" is on the same level as "I CAN HAZ CHEEZEBURGER?". That is it's bound to become a meme mocking the stupidity of governement.

    On the Aston Martin V8 Vantage (and perhaps other Aston Martins), you have to push in on the leading edge to pop out the handle. So not all non-Model S cars.

    Hmm, I wouldn't have thought it would be that much. Though the point I was trying to make was that a white car with windows that aren't coated might end up being hotter than a black car with tinted windows. If that assumption is correct, then it would make more sense to enforce some degree of window tinting instead of forcing a color choice. If I'm still wrong then one more strike and I'm out. =)

    Cars are heated by excess heat from the engine, while air conditioners require extra power from the engine (and hence fuel) to run the compressor. So requiring black cars in Vermont would save much less (if anything) than banning them in California. However, I imagine the color really doesn't have much impact when most the heat comes through the windows.

    While it is certainly not useless, it is trivial to know it to a high level of precision. If I thought it was 75% would that mean I didn't understand this essential information? What about 80%? 85%? What point do you make the cutoff? Or we could go the other way. I could say you don't have a good understanding because you said it was 70% when it is actually 70.9%.
