Although I've marked you as 'Friend', I have to weigh in here - if Rutan doesn't have initimate access to the NASA data, and NASA does, why can't they get stuff to orbit for the same price as Rutan?
Considering that Rutan has yet to put anything in orbit, this isn't really a valid question.
Theoretically, would it be possible to try this the other way around with a fluid less viscous/a>than water? Like, say, ethyl alcohol or acetone or methanol...
Theoretically, yes. But I can think of some practical reasons not to attempt swimming in a pool filled with any of these liquids...
I used Google to find the answer...

The vulnerability is in the MS-HTML control not in the Internet Explorer executable. Any application that uses the MS-HTML control is vulnerable.
The answer is obvious, remove Windows.
Then there sould be no possibility of accidently
using an app that relies on the MS-HTML control (unless you run some kind of emulation).
i wish i had the url, but it was bascially old film clips with new dialouge over it, Bogart was Frodo, Peter Lorre was Gollum, Sydney Greenstreet as Gandalf (a clip of him in a grey business suit in the beginning, later scenes in white)
if all rocks of earth origin contain bacteria and rocks from Mars can reach earth I would *expect* that life had travelled from earth to Mars via the same mechanism in reverse.
Possible, but if there was an exchange of biological material, it is more like to be bacteria from Mars making it to earth (do to the relative depth's of their gravity wells).
Seriously folks, has there *ever* in the history of Hollywood been a movie-from-a-scifi-novel which didn't actually rape-and-pillage the story in some way or other?
It won't happen. Frankly, I'm more keyed to see the next Harry Potter movie than Star Wars Ep 3 at this point, and that's a sad, sad thing to say about a new Star Wars movie.
At the same time, can that many people in India afford equipment that would let them crack the system? Considering how much one makes there on average, I would probably say no.
Why? With over a billion people, even if a small percentage can "afford equipment that would let them crack the system", that's still a lot of people.

Water is wet.
Someone should ask Bill O'Reilly abount the Paris Business Review.
This Bill O'Reilly? Why would anyone want to vote for a clown with such skewed view of reality?
I don't remember who said this:
If you want to live like a Republican, vote Democratic.
"How many times have you been arrested, Mr. President?"

WTF is a "Bachelors in law"? Kerry has a JD (Juris Doctor or Doctor of Law). BTW, Bush couldn't even get into law school.

When do I start?
Anything directed by Michael Bay pretty much sucks.

Maybe, but I remember Time proclaiming it the best movie of the year (in May, IIRC).
Here's one I got a while back. It wasn't quite taken in buy it.
It doesn't matter what temperature a room is, it's always room temperature.

Try this.
FWIW, there's no relationship between Harlan Ellison's script and the current I, Robot movie.
Possible, but if there was an exchange of biological material, it is more like to be bacteria from Mars making it to earth (do to the relative depth's of their gravity wells).
Crap! I thought I was going to beat everyone to the punch posting about Sirens, only to find someone else did it and it was the first post.
How about A Clockwork Orange?
I more keyed to see Lord of the Rings IV. :)
I actually worked with BEL many years ago. I worked for a company that developed this with BEL (we did the simulator part, they did everything else).

Just use cygwin.
