Does anyone else think this is all getting just a little bit silly?
Is someone going to be virtually fined or virtually imprisoned over this? It would be kinda cool to have your virtual character locked up in the clink and have to deal with virtual prison issues that plague real prisons. I wonder how virtual gang-prison-ass-rape would play out.
It will be really interesting to see how the laws develop in this arena. Who has jurisdiction to hear this matter? If the server is in Germany, the "theif" is in South Africa, and the "victim" is in Canada, what's the venue?
It's like got good chemical properties and stuff for like catalystizing. Electrons are probably there as well that do something. I hope that answers your question.
Sorry, but honestly, Apple could develop better stuff than Adobe.
True they could make better stuff than Adobe, but it seems advantageous to add, improve, and give the nice little Apple touches that we all love so much (save the newest version of iMovie) to already industry standard software. They can save tens of millions of dollars in development costs by tapping into an already established, high revenue generating company and tweaking it.
It seems unlikely that they would screw it up, but you never know...
If I'm not mistaken, the flash memory serves to save things in a more quickly accessible memory when your computer goes to sleep or hibernates, allowing for an extremely quick "awakening". Hence these were designed with the laptop user in mind.
I'd happily deal with the slightly less streamlined process on Amazon to legally download DRM free music. That and slightly lower prices should drive me completely from iTunes.
Yeah my Verizon guy told me that they've actually started prorating the termination fee so if you're nearing the end of your contract, it's much cheaper to break than if you broke near the beginning. At least they have that going for them...
You know, the ones with a few thousand multicultural workers and the insufferable "Can you hear me now" guy all standing behind the overly satisfied customer? They should all be replaced with rich, old, white males.
On a side, and hopefully not-downmod note, I'd love to see Jared from Subway and the Verizon guy in a death-cage match.
All should be able to tell that I'm a less-than-satisfied Verizon customer.
I thought it said "First look at Mexico's Space Terminal". While clearly I have nothing against Mexico, it seemed like a poor placement of resources considering the widespread poverty. All's clear now, thank you.
I agree that it's a pipe dream, no argument there. Student loans are certainly a huge revenue factor for the feds, but what about the huge amount of money that could be pumped back into the economy. I'm clearly not proposing a fix-all, but something's got to change. Being largely a consumer versus producer doesn't have great long term effects.
Ok, yeah that was clearly offtopic, but I remember reading that in college back in the 90s and laughing and dry-heaving so hard that I almost puked. Perhaps not the proper forum, but in a disgusting way, I'm glad that crept back into my life. A quick dry-heave, some laugher, and some hilarious memories of me, my roommates, and anyone else we could convince to read it... please don't kill my karma any more than it already is!
Make sure you don't make poop jokes in relation to an aged Spock. While not a governmental body, you will get karmically censored by/. users. Beware this karmic encroachment on our freedom of speech. What's next? I dare not mention the overriding brown ambiance surrounding the Ubuntu theme.

What laws are applied?

I was most definitely being sarcastic!
... the sharp sword of unbridled capitalism won't be dulled here in the US! A wonderful victory for the go-getters at MS!
... but somehow I wish we were talking about scouting Uranus.
"I'll meet you on the Dark Side of Iapetus" just doesn't have the same flow...

Could AOL and Core's warning be described as "Wormsign"?

Although it's unfortunate that it's main use seems to be 13 year old boys calling each other "fag".

... all that can be said is "that's really fucking cool." Seriously. Good for her. No immunosuppressants. Hopefully a full recovery.
And there was much defacation.
... and Duke Nukem still isn't out.

Technological advances aside, how to we compete with close to free labor?
Oh and I can't wait to see the new D&D!
I'll start billing the power companies for my contributions.

Spock: That smell is eminating from my adult diaper into which I've recently and uncontrollably evacuated my bowels.
I'm gonna leave a fun bit of porn somewhere on the system for the sysadmin to find...
Instead of spending money on an iPhone, I'll likely now buy a PSP so I can get this ground-breaking title.
