    Which is why i really enjoyed this one particular history class in college. He would talk, rather tell a story for like 90% of class we would listen, take notes etc. then, a big part of the test, like 80%, was this 1 question. we talked about how x led to y and x. discuss, give details. usually lead to 6 pages of writing. freehand. just flowing out what you know in no certain order. Weren't really memorizing dates, more an understang of what happened and why.

    they arleady have a reliable content distribution network the same place/people/hardware that is currently streaming MLB is what is going to do this "disney channel" just adding in more racks/servers/etc. the data center is currently only about 60% populated, with room/plans for physical expansion

  9. This may sound pedantic but ... If the state currently does not collect sales tax, and this is a sales taxes, how much is it going to cost to change all the signage to include something about tax, all the registers to be able to collect on this one item, accountants to lean, account software to take this into effect, and all the other peripheral things that would go with this change. I know, i know, this would only cost business not government (mostly) so who cares.

    lets see, both have short names Both start with letter "P" both use generic-blue both have a minimalist icon design its like the difference between a galaxy and an iphone. both are rectangular with a largeish display screen i mean comon, how different can they be and both be minimalist, blue and fit in the icon space

    and for the cost of a new hybrid malibu (49 city/ 43 hwy), i could get a new chevy cruze (30/40), and a spark (30/39) then the significant other would also be covered. with only a slight loss in total mpg.

Prison is where you go after convicted, Jail, was locked in a grey small box 23 hours a day with nothing but a toilet. Prison, generally have several hours out of cell, access to things like tv, weights, phones, books.

    i know anecdote != evidance but... i sent something through USPS to a ebay buyer. Got insurance, signature, tracking, the works. Went through minimal hoops, and was was told incorrect info on how to file. But in the end, it was paid out.

    yeah its called solar+thermal + some salt. heat the salt all day with excess solar. use heat at night to generate electricity. much better than a battery.

    this " opportunities for expansion are finite" is somewhat true. the is an absolute upper bound on available land to build, and cash flow. but in practice, they are growing and re-investing. the could push out fedex,walmart, bestbuy, other grocery stores, samsclub, costco, barns & noble, and many others. oh, and clothing stores, transportation sector like trucking, whoever makes corrugated boxes and bubble warp. then they start buying out the producers, so no more proctor & gamble, just Amazon store brand. the practicle amount of growth they could potentially sustain seems nearly unbounded, to the point of being almost infinite, within the constrains of time and space here on earth.

    except, in a sense some are. there was a push in my city, not long after they first rolled out uber here, sign up drivers, and do a car loan as part of the deal. car payment comes out of driving profits. have to keep driving to pay for the car. now with new lower rates, have to drive longer, take more rides just to break even. at one point it was $1.10 per mile plus time etc... to drive, it was profitable. then they dropped it to $.75/mile. it still feels profitable, mostly due to not taking taxes out right away. after ubers cut, taxes, maintenance, and gas, it works out to like $.50 - $1 for most rides actual profit.

    They don't just show up wait a minute declare it a lost fair and drive off. except,they changed it awhile back. drivers have to sit and wait 10 minutes ( i usually wait 11 because 9 min 50 seconds does not count) to be paid. if uber sends the default "driver is here" text, i text you and try to call you with no response after 3 minutes its 99% going to be a waste of my time. so yes we will show up. we will try to contact you. and we will wait, unless its a busy night, and fell better of just dumping for chance at next fare. but even then you were not out waiting. just call another uber.

    its the accompanying upload speed. think things like owncloud, plex. allowing remote streaming. 50 down, 10 up, wont stream remotely to good.

  25. get rid of the rounded edges, its crap. just let me add in an SD card, sim. have a headphone jack, keep up the "waterproof" bit. user-replaceable battery, andto sacrafice some water-tightness generally just make it faster,ligher, better screen.
