    This wouldn't even be the system I'd use. My system would take the champion/team with best record from each FBS conference, and the top 5-ranked teams that don't fall into this category.

    If it were real, it would be pretty stupid. Why would anybody want to keep their face in a given position to use their browser? Not to mention outside distractions causing reactions that would throw off the browser. All in all, Google's CADIE is the cooler joke.

    They didn't plan on the NASCAR race taking so long (should've been done before 8PM). That's what happens when you're on after a sporting event. The same thing's happened in the past with shows on after NFL games (Futurama, King of the Hill), except those shows were outright preempted.

    The only issue there is getting it to be supported on Windows. Grandma wants to plug her memory card/flash drive into any computer and have it "just work". If M$ doesn't give in and support the OSS FS, it'll be a tough battle.

    A prosecutor could subpoena logs from the websites in question to determine which IPs accessed it, and who controls those IPs. You could link the accesses to the accused (or another party, if that's the case).

    Actually, both are true, and this is probably more similar to the Toyota-Ferrari situation a few years ago. A couple of Ferrari-turned-Toyota engineers took some Ferrari IP with them, and were arrested for it. I don't think the data was on the scale of what the Ferrari guy leaked to the McLaren guy last year.
