Yeah, at first I thought it was cool, but further reading made me realize that the recipe probably isn't that good since its process and size isn't close to the homebrewer's standards.
It seriously should be "ported" to a more standards-compliant platform.
I'd need to convert it down to 5 gallons first. Although since I'm an extract brewer, I'd have to convert this from all-grain somehow. And seriously, sugar? aside from the pure corn sugar used for priming the bottles, no respectable home-brewer uses sugar. If the beer is supposed to be sweet then malto-dextrin should be used, if it is supposed to be fermented out than use malt extract.
Ah well, SGDI, i guess i should stop complaining and just fix it. (sounds good do it)
What's up with DevMo? Devedge has been down for awhile now. I'm really missing stuff like the MultiBar for Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox, and the Core Javascript Reference 1.5.
There are some open source projects out there that are absolutely amazing (Firefox for example) - but then there are those others out there when I wonder how a user ever made it through the installation, let alone some of the horrid interfaces and critical bugs. It is those persistent users out there who think nothing of tedious installs, manage to deal with some of the worst interfaces, and patiently, dutifully submitting every bug they run into. Volunteering their time and thoughts with only a vague promise of usable software in return.
They are the ones I'm amazed at. My hat's off to them.
Media Player Classic is awesome. I use it for all video formats (winamp for audio). It's so light-weight compared to Windows Media Player 8+, RealOne, or Quicktime.
The K-lite codec pack takes care of everything as well. I've yet to download another codec since.
That whole y2k thing was pretty annoying. i could go on at great lengths, but didn't anyone else just set the date on their computer to a date in 2000(+) to see what would happen?
The best dorm prank I ever saw probably wouldn't translate very well to the office environment, but you never know...
Remember all those cinder-blocks that people used to jack up their beds (usually 4 or 8)? Two kids moving out at the end of freshman year had a nice collection of them, and stacked them up in front of their RA during finals week. The doors opened inward so he was still able to open it, but they had stacked the cinder blocks up covering everything except the peephole. Luckily the RA had a good sense of humor and a large bladder.
Then you can easily associate external editors for textareas. If that doesn't suit your needs you could always write your own extension. (It's pretty easy, I wrote my first one, Image Zoomer, in about 2 days last week.)
Yet another reason to switch to Esperanto... There is only one way to pronounce each letter, no exceptions (there are no exceptions to any language rules with esperanto for that matter).

They should add the extra 6 pins they'd need. (more == better, right?)
Then they could market it with:
This one goes to 10.
This one goes to 11.
BUT this one goes all the way to 1213!

it could just be because there is no version of Kazaa (K-lite, K++, etc.) for linux, or maybe it just isn't widely known about?
wtf, Zelda's a good start, but I'd much rather see a new version of Mario All-stars, with Super Mario World, Mario 64, and SMB 1-3.
i'm trying to learn... slowly. This page is of great use in the meantime.

Check out Mozilla Firebird and install the Mozex extension.
