This team might be responsible for my good fortune
Until this weekend my main Youtube channel was inaccessible for over a year, as it didn't have an email address associated to it. I was so happy to see it back.
This one I used all the time but could only view. Granted it was of no outside value as it's just a lot clips of my game play, and unless you play games you could care less that I found the first glitch in Call of duty's BO https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
FWIW the youtube channel I have able to access has two videos, one has seen over 400000 views, it's 4 seconds long and nobody likes it - but the demographics it has collected are downright informative or scary depending upon your outlook.

Re:As all are aware Einstein's math showed an expa
On many things he was correct. However, he was on the wrong side of many debates. One of the cool things about Einstein was that he was able to admit when he was wrong (though it may have taken a bit of time and patience for folk to demonstrate where and why he was wrong).
He was on the wrong side of the debate regarding quantum physics. He denied accepting that quantums play by different rules than everything else and that it makes no sense how they behave. In his defense what he argued against wasn't proven until long after his death. We still can't explain why quantum physics is as it is, but we can observe it and tell it does what should be impossible for "normal" physics, like sending information faster than light and making electrons flow in wave patterns even when they are alone, as in sending all electrons at once makes them interact like a wave. Sending them one by one makes them interact in the same way and provides the same result with a wave pattern shaped distribution. I wouldn't accept a theory like that either if nobody could provide any proof or evidence for it.
It's non-intuitive.
This is a section of what I was told a longer religious presentation and all that survived, very informative (double slit experiment).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...I've seen an experiment closing an opening until it was the size of the electron, it showed a particle until it's size was dialed in at which point it became a wave.
Kool useless knowledge:
"In 1906, J.J. Thompson had received the Nobel Prize for proving that electrons are particles; in 1937 he saw his son awarded the Nobel Prize for proving that electrons are waves. Both father and son were correct, and both awards were fully merited."

Re:Actually not quite over
The lawsuits that SCO filed against other companies are all resolved. It lost against Novell and DaimlerChrysler and settled out of court against AutoZone (apparently getting a chunk of change from the latter).
The only other pending lawsuit is Red Hat against SCO, and that case is adminstratively closed, likely to never be reopened.
R.E. IBM, SCO will undoubtedly file an appeal, so saying that that SCO is absolutely dead is still premature. Kind of like that Monty Python skit https://www.youtube.com/watch?...

Too late for that. I am sure someone on Caprica thought they were just as clever. Look where that got everyone.

Re:Trump vote
Are you actually making an implication that Donald Trump hasn't done things on par with or even worse than Hillary Clinton?
Well Trump didn't murder 500,000 children like Hillary's administration did in the 90's. So yes. Donald Trump hasn't done anything on par with Hillary Clinton.

Universal is way better
Took a trip to Orlando and had the opportunity to visit both parks during the trip. Universal not only has better rides, they also have fast passes that you can buy that let you cut through the lines without having to show up at some stupid predesignated time. I was able to go on every ride in the park in less than two days. Counter that to Gisney where the lines are obscene and then more lines for the stupid fast passes. Universal is compact enough to walk around between the two parks whereas in Gisney you have to take a monorail or drive to a different park.
You tell me, which franchises are better: Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, the Mummy, and the Simpsons vs Princesses, a zoo, an out of touch image of the future with antiquated cultural icons, and a monorail. Granted Pirates of the Caribbean is pretty cool. However there are some weird people who work for Gisney, this former employee outlines why: https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Save your money and go to the other massive entertainment conglomerate amusement park.

An obscene gesture, wow.
Law or no law, facts are facts. I hope you don't try to defend further your indefensible position that facts are irrelevant when technological matters become legal matters.
It isnt about being a single binary, it is about being a derived work or an aggregate work. In this case the argument is that it constitutes a derived work, now that may be true but even if it is there is nothing to stop the two parts being distributed separately and then combined by the user nor is there anything you or anybody else can do to stop the user from doing that. So this is just a question of how it is distributed, which seems rather pointless given the end result is the same whether you put the two pieces together and give it to the user or whether you give the two pieces to the user and make them put them together.

It's laughable that they criticize Apple for not building in backdoors, when they are so obviously incapable of keeping any info from those backdoors a secret. China is outclassing them in every way and it's time we get a President like Trump who's at least capable of knowing there's a problem, unlike the "mainstream" crooks and liars.
So you're against people criticizing Apple for not building backdoors into their software but then you claim we need Trump as the president who has said he's going to force Apple to build in backdoors? Excellent troll is excellent!

Re: President Trump isn't "owned" by corporations.
I'm voting Trump for 1 fact
he's ANTI liberal political correctness.
it was the liberal democrats that invented political correctness and the word racist/racism as "brainwash" tools to force large groups to think how they want them to.
Richard Henry Pratt invented the words in 1902 (sources all dictionaries and history).
The democrat used a human experiment on the native americans, he promised the liberal government he could make the indians hate their culture, hate their own people and leave reservations becoming taxpayers.
He invented "racism, racist, multiculturalism" and by using political correctness forcing some speech to be banned or punished,in just 1 generation he had the young native americans calling their own people racist and they turned their back on their language, heritage and left the reservation after being brainwashed that racial pride is evil! only "Americanization" is righteous!
The right called this liberal political correctness a "Cultural Genocide"
every 60 years it happens again history repeating itself.
the last time was in 1968 the end of the baby boomers just before the start of generation x and the rise of ANTI-PC majority that lasted until the mid 2000s even our television shows turned to anti-pc to reach out to the majority.
The Democrats fell after Richard Henry Pratt was exposed for the cultural genocide he created with political correctness and that racial pride, cultural pride, heritage and national pride were to be celebrated not demonized for brainwashing!
then it all happened again in 60's with Liberals using Gestapo tactics against citizens, beating protesters and gassing them.
Here is the fall of the democrat party that began in 1968, 60 years after they fell due to Richard Henry Pratt, remember it's a 60 year cycle.
Democrats turned on their own, as a moderate said the neo liberal's behavior was atrocious causing a riot among the delegates inside the democratic national convention:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...While the delegates were fighting inside, the folks fed up with BIG government Left Wing Liberal Political correctness protested and were treated to jackboot gestapo tactics which every protester's civil and constitutional rights were broken, as protesting and free speech is protected by the bill of rights.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
Then a short 1 minute summary of the Fall of the Democratic Party that after the strict political correctness led to era of republicans 10 in a row.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
So we that vote for Trump are voting to END liberal political correctness and this era of "sissy" millennials and media who are hypersensitive, hyperoffended, and believe in entitlements.
Trump will at least bring back the anti-pc era we had in 70's- mid 2000s after the liberals BLEW themselves up in 1968.

Watched the video a couple of days ago
I agree with his position and personally sympathize with him, but I thought that the part about the pumkin sale sounded fishy. Judge for yourself: The part in question "Later that same day I clearly remember going to the local church pumpkin sale..." starts at 2:11.
