I think he/she is trying to say that they don't charge for the game.
They charge for the service that the game connects to, and this is an on-going charge.
Not the best example, but I think I can see where he/she was coming from.
I thought cashier's cheques were guaranteed by the originating bank? Last time I made one they took the money out of my account, then handed me the cheque. I no longer had the money, I had a note guaranteed by the bank. I could hand this to someone else and they would get the money from the bank, not from me.
I wouldn't have got there on my own, but now that you say IN it makes so much more sense.
If you'll excuse me, I have to go find a glazer to work on a friends place who told me 'that rock' was his key.
In what world do you live in where contracts are non-binding? Or do you know something specific about the agreements being worked out between them?

not a troll, I really want to know why you state that.
I can't imagine why no one has replied to you, this is a brilliant idea, and certainly a game I would play!
I can't see how it would be much harder than current temporary abilities/racial abilities/class abilities to give a player the option of choosing a number of perks based upon how his forefathers played, with maybe the option to choose more of them depending on how long your line of heroes is.
(10 heroes before this one? now you can choose up to 6 starting perks that your antecedents worked so hard to achieve.)

Rolling dice: I get different numbers occasionally.. don't you?
Dating: I know this is slashdot, but come on, at least one guy here must have a success story
Software debugging: You work near me? It always turns out to be good ole dyslexic steve?
Answering the phone: I get calls from different people now and then, but yeah, it is mostly my mother.
You only think I guessed wrong, that's what's so funny!
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders, the most famous of which, is don't click this link, but only slightly less well known is this: never go in against an American when death politics are on the line!
Oh man.. I just spent ages typing out the definition for a turing machine, and a demand that you tell me what state it was in after reading a,b,b,a in otheriwise you'd be banned as a bot.
It was really clever too.. (Until I realised I confused basic NFA with Lambda with turing tape machines:p).
I've worked out a way around that! I just had to stop prefacing all my searches with "dodgy child porn", also on an unrelated note, has anyone noticed that google is now giving me results that are useful? I used to get the weirdest crap...
Aw, that comment I made made me sound like a dick.. circumcised or not...
and none of this is super-on topic anyway...
So, Pakistan blocking Youtube..
Well, taking their side for a bit, the government is supposed to be the representative of the people, so if their people want it, then I suppose it's up to their government to make it happen.
Is there any detail saying that large groups are outraged by the blocking?
Is this a nanny-state question with the govt censoring the internet to preserve it's people's innocence? or is it religious extremism?
I'm sure if my country could they would block from the internet what the majority of people here consider to be morally wrong, e.g. child porn, bestiality etc.
Not to say that youtube is in the same league as those examples, but that the people there may find them as offensive. Which I can't really understand, but if they voted them in, then supposedly they are considered fit representatives... or the best they could do out of a bad lot.
It's also proven to reduce the female-to-male and male-to-male transmission rate.
Now I'm not saying that suddenly makes it right, or that condoms and sex-ed aren't a lot more helpful in reducing HIV transmission rates.. but check facts before going "oh, it's claimed that this is the case [but we all know better]"

So for "poor equipment that won't go as loud as I want" your recommended solution is to crank the volume anyway and have it sound like crap?
How much repeat band mixing work have you had?

Does anyone know if NZ banks have this issue?
Natalie Portman too old now?
I wonder if it could go the other way.
Glider worked, then they updated Warden to circumvent the Glider IP, disabling glider and interfering with its work.
Serious question, does the DMCA only apply to the bigger software? or is Glider not copyrighted?
Ah, so you're a waffle man!
The rapists?
Your word asociation is worse than you thought!

Actually it sounds like he's just made a PIN uncrackable by the above method.
I think it could come down to something like
"Does your business receive more subsidies than tax payed".
Many US farms fail on this, though I don't think the RIAA does.
Genuine question: "Deliberately inefficient"? How does that benefit management/money?
