Great, not only do I have so little free time now because I have to keep up with my life along with all the lives of fabulous celebrities, now I have to keep up with blogebrities.
I hope they make the B! Bloggertainment channel so I can get all my blogebrity news. I just have to know which blogebrities are "linking," if you know what I mean.
I bought a Logitech MX-700 a few years ago and it's probably the best mouse I've ever had. The only complaint I have is that it tends to "jitter" when sitting in certain spots on my mousepad. I haven't tested a new pad, yet, but if I were looking for a new mouse right now, I can tell you I'd head straight for that MX-1000.
Having worked for a university tech department that did this, I would have to say, I can't think of a better way to open peoples eyes to the threat of virii than to revoke their internet privilages.
I would have just made the guilty party buy me a new one.
I would have hooked my keyboard up to a live electrical wire while not in use. At least then, if they don't learn their lesson, that's less food to put on the table.
Which means absolutely nothing. Most "producers" are getting paid because they're friends with the movie makers. He's most likely listed as a producer on the third movie because of his affiliation with the series.
The movies are far enough behind the books that, even if Rowling was holding back plot elements, the directors should have more than enough information to make their film.
The slashdot editors are merely looking out for our mental well-being. By posting dupes, the chances of missing story drop, effectively (or ineffectively) reducing the urge to check the page.
Honestly, all this uproar over downing Hubble is a bit dramatic. It's not the end of space research. We'll keep sending up satellites and they'll keep getting better. There's just going to be a hole fore a few years where we won't get the type of data that hubble was able to provide.
We will put up a satellite to replace the Hubble. Space isn't going anywhere.
You're right! When politicians and lawmakers start using religious morals to govern what can and cannot be scientifically researched, the best way to stand up for what you believe in is to keep your big trap shut!
You mean none of the next gen consoles will let me make a woman with magic powers out of a barbie and some magazine pictures?
That's it! I'm selling all my Sony and Nintendo stock.
So, that means today we like Nokia, right?
At least, until we find out that it's all a bunch of marketing doublespeak.

Leave it to me to misspell my key words.

That comment is a blatantly obvious troll.
Opening in a new tab with the middle mouse button is great for viewing large numbers of thumbnails.
Yeah, but what I want to know is, where does the extra * come from?!
Well, you're on the right track. After all, in the US, sharing one file is on par with manslaughter as far as the courts are concerned.
It's the a, s, d, and f keys I worry about. They're my home row, since I'm a righty.

Give them a break. They're just trying to help.
Can you honestly tell me that you would rather have it the other way 'round?
I heard Iceland just granted citizenship to some American chess player or something. He's also suing the U.S. for some reason.
Not until the law goes into effect on April 28th. I just want it to hurry up already so I can get my new diploma.
"A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky, dangerous animals and you know it."
That's why we invented stairs.

Indeed. In fact, my copy of Biodome says right below the 1.85:1 label "Theatrical release format."
Not misleading my ass.
Though this could actually be a profit for me as I seem to remember getting the movie for $5 from a bargain bin.

Did we just slashdot whereisphantom.com through Wired?
Slashborg: You will be assimilated into our everlasting quest to bring down small websites.
