Jet A is similar but is not Diesel fuel. 1 It weighs 6.7 lbs to the gallon 2 Jet A is used in Diesel ground equipment at most airports,it was when I quit working at SJC in 97.
BTW The fuel loss is between 406 Gallons for Jet B - jp4 to about 380 for Jet A

Why ride the Fulton 5 after dark and take the risk.The only reason the poice even come out is for parking tickets and soft crime (Smoking in Bars) Do I worry about getting caught HELL NO. We dont prosicute the criminals we catch now Just look at Sfs District Attny,and you'll see what a joke this city is. BTW You cant even buy a gun in this city our board of stupidvisors made sure of that. After 41 years in the bay area its time to leave
Being that I am in my Fourties and lived through 4 years of the Army and 37 years of Sunnnyvale/SF/Silicon Valley I have come to the conclusion that its best to wake up with a Rockstar( Bawls too) and smoke a joint in the evening. Now I know this will be a very unpopular thing to say but in my life time I have seen so many changes in technology that sometimes its best to look after your own mental heath and not be chasing the next best thing. Doesnt anbody remember that Sun's Agnew campus was once a mental hospital ,
I find it fitting that Weird Stuff is located so close to the Sunnyvale dump . I guess that saves them on shipping costs.Btw is it me or is Weird Stuff a deorderant free zone ?
Just wait until Lucas get's to the Presidio. The Presidio trust looks at Lucas as a cash cow and you can bet they plan to milk him for everything he's worth.
How soon until some Yuppie in Sf gets himself killed and some bleeding hart here wants to spray paint a out line of a man on a segway on the street.The only reason the segway was banned in SF was so the SFPD could write tickets for that too.I guess parking ticket and catching people smoking in bars (Yes the SFPD does walk around on Geary blvd and look for people smoking inside of bars) I would really like the SFPD to go after crime but the cops have decided that either it's too dangerous or the moneys better in tickets
Oh well in the part of SF where I live there there aren't that many side walks any way (The Presidio ) Besides the SFPD doesn't have any authority here and the Us Park police are too busy at Ocean Beach
Dont forget Networld Interop (N+I) I think they try to hold on to this one as long as possible. Basically they get a bunch of geeks together a warehouse in Belmont,and a bunch of donated equipment and build a network .
As a former employee of Zd Events I have noticed that (Key3 media) (ZD Events) (Softbank forums) have all run these trade shows into the ground. They never had a really good vision of how they where going to make any money. They just put on show reguardless of the cost.
Better point may be. Why do you keep your braodband connection. Me myself after kpig went off so did the Dsl. I dont need a highpeed connection to retrive spam,it all come down to quality of information not the quanity. A faster connection doesnt make the internet a better experence. Besides who want to highjack a 56k modem,even script kiddies have enough sense to know it's more trouble than its worth .
Ok so 80% is junk mail,actually in my case it's 100% I dont give out or use hotmail for anything more than the passport so I could look at the Win CE shared source code. But what kills me is they (Hotmail) wants you to buy a larger account So they can spam you some more.
Being here at Presidio of SF.Where Lucas is building his latest tourist trap aka( Letterman Digital studios) I find it hard to respect George Lucas combine that with Jar-jar and I can safely say that I wont waste my time on this movie .

I live on the Presidio of Sf and the cable from AT&T is dreadful.This has got to be some sort of post sales FUD.Even if they have the technology in place I doubt they AT&T or who ever bought them could maintain it .
Recently I spoke to one of the high ups at where I work (A former Army base)Seems they wanted to spend thousand of dollars for a E-mail server,Dns.I then passsed around my laptop told them what Open Source could do for them .
I was greated with the M$ party line except for the head of Telecommunications.Who at the time was brand new and has decided that this is the way to go.
There are still a sea of NT boxes in my work place,but I dont think there are going that many upgrade to Windoze 2000 server !!!

It sucks when a kid thinks, what ever he did was so bad he has to kill himself.Maybe if schools where more like schools and a little less like jail.Kid's would stop killing themself and each other.

Land grabs are a speciality of Santa Clara county.This has been going on since long before you where ever born.Go up to La honda and Stevens creek area this has been going on since the late 70's.
