    I heard somewhere and I believe it to be true that African Americans hair has a oval shape instead of round. For this reason the lice cant grab on, and they don't have lice problems.

    Ive saw this on TV 12 years ago. Back then it was VERY slow moving something with your thoughts. Even if it is faster with out physical feedback how accurate can it be? I doubt your going to be racking up the headshots with this.

    Gates may be right. Im surprised Microsoft hasnt outsourced large amounts of its programming and customer service jobs yet. Gates basically saying theyll have no choice if they cant import the talent they need. Well paid immigrants keep money in our economy.

    RAR compression has an option for redundancy. You set what % you want to be able to recover if it becomes corrupted.

    His biggest complaint was the linear nature of games today, and the sameness of experiences.

    Its kinda hard to totally remove the linear nature of any game. Even MMORGP. If a game is good enough you wont even notice (Final Fantasy 3, 7)

    Stores or computer repair shops? You should only have to bring it to one repair shop.

    Ive heard of water cooling CPUs, GPUs, and even the Northbridge, but never RAM. Still I guess they are getting hotter too. The only thing I got against water cooling is it uses water, no thanks. Though I would consider using a non-conductive fluid. There is this stuff called fluorinert made for just such an application. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fluorinert Its extremely expensive though. Ive heard Mineral oil works, then if you get a leak you just get a mess, instead of a fried PC.

    .....and closes loopholes that make it possible for criminals to escape prosecution by locating their activities offshore.

    Well it depends which shore, as long as there is a country that doesnt sign the treaty the dedicated criminals can avoid this while we suffer it.
