    If you have a DSLR your probably interested in things like manual focus and aperature adjustment in which case using the tiny low res LCD screen mounted on the back of the camera is probably not going to convey the fine details of the image that looking through the viewfinder would.

    Thanks for the link, at first I thought it was jsust a patent troll but they definetly go into details about the prediction and synchronization systems which I would say are pretty far beyond the "obvious" of "Just slap 2 cores on a die and run it."

    Of course It's still a zebra fish, just with a rather nasty mutation. Both It's parents were Zebra fish with no other genetic modification otherwise.

    Think about it, people like siamese twins, albinos and the like are still called humans even thuogh they have some rather glaring differences. I see no reason why these fish wouldn't be called Zebra Fish.

    I don't want to insult you by pointing out something that may seem obvious but the reason the GPU is getting up to 100C is probably because the fan or heatsink has stopped working. Try checking the thermal pase and blowing out any dust that has built up. The only time I ever say a chip get up to a 100C was when an "A+" certified tech (who is also my uncle) unplugged the CPU fan while installing a stick of ram in my cousins computer.

    It did have an impact on the tigers behaviour, it made it aware of some new tasty targets for it to chew on. Unfortunately for the tiger these targets did something that it wasn't quite expecting.

    H dpes havea legitamite point, part of being a nerd IMHO is pushing things to the edge (or finding out what happens beyond that edge) but unless you know where that edge is you're just stubling around in the dark waiting to be eaten by a grue.

    It's not really a good idea to just up and abandon an old MMO to go create a new one thereby invalidating 10 million subscribers hard work and effort. Anywyas both WoW and Eve (The biggegst MMOs I know of) are hardly the game they were when they were first released and are constantly changing and expanding.

    Well I do know a few good mol(e) jokes such as this one:

    So whats wrong with 5k volts? or 10k? or even 50k? If you design the system to handle it and insulate properly it can be perfectly safe barring of course darwin award winners. People understand that you don't smoke at a gas station becuase gasoline fumes are flammable and will result in an explosion if they do, I'm sure they can also be made to understand that compromising the safety systems of 50k volts will also result in their death.
