Time to break out the Hughes Glomar Explorer. It's original CIA cover story was mining from the ocean floor for rare minerals. Actually using it for that purpose would be sweet irony, instead of trying to raise sunken Soviet subs.
In some companies, you have to dial '9' then '1' to get an outside line for long distance. If you think that you need to dial in that extra '1' to call out-of-state, oopsies. We had a guy on dial-up do that and modem-call the Sheriff's Dept about 30 times one day. They were less than amused.
Spend $20 in bitcoin, pay about $20 in 'Transaction Fees' to make it happen. What would you say if a brick-and-mortar store charged that kind of fee, just to buy something?
All of you SystemD trollers, here is your chance: Reply to this thread exactly why you think SystemD is a bad file system. Please use cogent rational arguments and post with your real slashdot I.D. if you want to be taken seriously. If something is bad, lets hear about it so it can be fixed.
So Google will flag Google, and for 30 days and 30 nights, a plague upon their own house? Awesome. You do have a good point about cleaning your own house before going hunting for other sites.
Where I work, sometimes you want it on-the-record. I want proof I said something, or did something, far more often than I'd ever want to be able to deny such actions later on.
Poor guy, just going in circles now.
This was the plot of the movie "The Sting", with Robert Redford & Paul Newman. Mode of transmission may have changed though...
The subject was positively identified by the EFF bumper sticker on the back of his car.
