Which, thank the FSM, still sticks to showing SciFi. Stuff like all the Star Treks, BSG, Stargate and Stargate: Atlantis. Not to forget good, and corny movies. Plus all the weird documentaries and shows they have on earlier in the morning about aliens, UFos, Bigfoot, and whatnot.
There are also links on those sites on how to customize the entire look of the game, how to get your Guitar Hero/Rockband instruments to work with Frets on Fire, and how to customize pretty much any part of the gameplay, if you so wish.
ScoreHero also has tutorials on how to get your custom creations working with a modded console and Guitar Hero.

Well, I guess this answers the question, " Do inadequate fat men dream of inflatable sheep?"
It's Microsoft's platform, Microsoft's SDK, and Microsoft's store. Why should they allow any product on the shelf that competes with their own business? Why should they allow useless products? You don't get mad at Best Buy for not selling maps to Circuit City. You don't get mad at Circuit City for not selling empty cardboard boxes for $999. Why should Microsoft's store be any different?
I do not see where you get that he is a domain squatter?
As has already been stated here, he registered the domain two years before they even announced the bid and he also seems to be legitimately using the site as a forum to discuss the pros and cons of the Olympics.
So really, your two face comment makes no sense. This is a case of Slashdotters actually reading the article and looking at the evidence before them instead of automatically crying foul one way or the other.
You mean like the nuclear bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? The scientists then never really knew just how much damage they were going to do, especially with the survivors who developed cancer as a result of the radiation.
What sort of scenario would this be useful? I think it'd be far more useful if they could somehow use this tech to go in reverse. From either one persons vocal chords, or thoughts, and sent directly to another persons. This would be great for those who are deaf.
Sorry, they are all lame. Besides, everyone knows the interns have a woodshop...
No, can't complete joke. Still lame. Not funny. No chair jokes have ever, can ever, or will ever be funny. Stop insulting our humor glands!
Relax. Pull up a chair.
So, how is the DRM implemented? Are the ads actually played at the beginning or end of the track? Based on answers to my first two questions, how hard would it be to use a program such as Audacity to play them back in any format of your choosing without the DRM annoyance?

Joe Q Public: (looking at sky) "What's that? Is that a Spy Blimp?"
Man in Black Suit: No sir, it's just a UFO, now please look into the microphone."
Prepared to be sued by the Writers Guild!
The hilarious part is that it only froze up on the people that paid to have DRM installed on their machines. The stolen copies are just fine I'm sure.
Nope. They're not working either. Not that I have one. Just saying....
It sounds like a Bucket Of Fish Heads?
What the article fails to mention is that all the plane's electrical systems failed because the pilot was using his cell phone.
Sure, some are pirated, but there are sites like FretsonFire.net and ScoreHero that show you how to create your own custom charts using ogg files that you have, using tools such as EOF (EOF tutorial), and Feedback (db) (Feedback tutorial).

We'll finally have conclusive proof that Spiders originated from Mars.
I'd chalk it up to what starts most scientific ideas: I wonder what if..?
+1 Ba Zing!

...after all, is there anything as insecure as Windows?
Emo kids?

Sound's pretty silly now, doesn't it?
This sounds really damn funny when you hear Bender say it in your head.

You'd use it for skinning and textures for the 3D object. Afterwards you would import it back into either 2D Studio Max, Maya, etc.
