How would you expect their story to be captivating and awe-inspiring if they used realistic numbers? Seems a bit impracticable if you ask me. For instance, if they used the following:
"a declassified estimate of the value of the blueprints, chemical formulas and other material stolen from U.S. corporate computers in the last year reached $11,654.17"
...no one would be living in fear nor would they be rushing out to buy the newest and latest protection from the Chinese hackers. How do you expect people to make a living? Talk about insensitive.
Wow, I guess I need to switch to Boost.
I live about 15 miles west of NYC and with the regular Optimum service I have never seen anything higher than 1.3 down, it's terrible. Like you said, the up with Optimum has never really been an issue but the download speeds are atrocious.
I actually get full 4G\WiMax coverage in my house from Sprint, so I've been tethering with that and seeing much better speeds.
While we can install other browsers, we don't have significant privileges to override the auto-proxy in place to prevent other browsers from functioning properly. IE6 is the only option.
Let's hope those copiers weren't taken from the Jersey Shore house or else they might have a Situation on their hands. His trade secrets can't and most not be duplicated in other areas of the world.
..and with their 65nm process they are having serious issues with voltage leaks, they need to get their act together and give Intel a run for their money. Because when the competition is fierce between the two, the consumer wins.
Why does everyone care about a DVR, web browser, and the George Forman Grill adapter for the ps3? I know most people including myself; buy a system to play games. That's what matters to most people. I can already record TV shows and other things on the 3 DVRS in my house and I can surf the internet on one of my 4 computers. If you can afford to buy a ps3, you probably already have a DVR and/or a computer, so what's the point of have and paying for a 100 useless options which you already have and can do (and probably much better) without the ps3? Give me some good, quality exclusive games and i'll buy another ps3.
The $266 price for q6600 that everyone is quoting is NOT the MSRP. The $266 price is for each chip, if you buy 1000 or more from Intel (OEM chips). The retail price for the q6600 will definitly be more than $266 as the retailers will need to make a profit.

TIME.TRAVEL is finally safe to visit? I'm not buying it.
I didn't have to install Windows 7 via 3544 floppy disks???

Need to win the war? There should be an app for that.
Is anyone really surprised? I don't think so. Sony saying one thing and then doing the complete opposite is nothing new.

Bacon is a hell of a drug.
Talk about a tasteful death..
Color, I mean content-aware fill me impressed.
Let's just hope that they don't get mod points or we are all finished.
Is that why it occasionally burns when I pee?
Let's hope the next one is at least solid..
You're right, because production methods never become more efficient over time...
