In the UK u dont really have the right to remain silent anymore. They changed that in 94 I beleive. What they basically say now upon arrest is
"You could harm your defense if you fail to mention when questiond something that you later rely on in
    court"

But if MS/Sony added it as a peripheral for people to buy it would have less support. The old problem of people not buying it till it has game support and developers not using it until more people buy it. With the revolution everyone would have one so developers can use it to its full potential.

According to the article the PS3 will be backwardly compatible and the Nintendo Revolution is going to have it too. Microsoft havent said anything yet so it sounds like they may not have it. either that or they are trying to make it work somehow and havent yet. I think without it the Xbox 360 is going to look very bad, even if it has more power than say the revolution.

There are even a couple of areas that are slightly different from this too. Like parts of SK where they dont adjust the time for daylight saving.

Problem with a "block from IP" would be in a community where u have friends and 'enemys' its possible that friends could be blocked and 'enemys' unblocked just becasue of using DHCP.

Not as likely on a global scale, but when most of your friends are in the same community and possibly with same ISP it could be more pronounced.

I know most ppl wont/dont do this but as more and more problems like this emerge ppl will have to become more security savvy.
