I have a friend who is a commericial pilot. After asking him how hard would it be to do this his reponse, "simple".

There is plenty of resources available on how to fly a commericial plane. Anyone can by a ticket. Ceramic knives will not set off metal detectors and can be hidden in a shoe.

As for how they got in a cockpit his guess was kill a stewardess and another one will trick the pilot into letting them in. With another terrorist at the front of the plane he slits the unknowing pilots throat when the door opens.

Then with coordinates already known the autopilot is set to crash the plane into the building.

Lets not forget Bin Laden stated last year he would like to destroy the WTC's. I believe it was his terrorist group that bombed it in 93`. Then add in the fact that he has millions of dollars to fund this type of operation.

I think those saying this was highly sopisticated just want to reassure the American public. Regardless of how sophisticated it was, it happened and we should all be more concerned about terrorism in the future.

Most likely this was retaliation for a war in the middle east. Americans are asleep to whats going on and most of you don't think twice when people die in the middle east. This was an obvious act of retaliation against Americans on our turf for a change. This isn't the start of a war we are in the middle of one.

May I remind you in World War II we helped Israel take the land back from the Palestinians and have been protecting it every since.

If America wants to help Israel protect its land that is fine by me. However I am extremly pissed off that our government let Israel attack the West Bank because of the acts of a few terrorist. This is not our war and yet several of my close friends died this morning because of it.

  15. For those wondering who did this. on World Trade Towers and Pentagon Attacked · · Score: 2

So many people asked who could have done this. It makes me sad to see how ignorant and uninformed we (Americans) are. Have you all forgotten the World Trade Center bombing? Let me remind you it was Palestinines.

The Jews and Palestinines have been fighting for thousands of years. Somehow the Jews have convinced Americans to keep them in supply with weapons. The Palestinines want their land back from the Jews and for thousands more years will continue to fight (unless one side dies first).

These terrorist are attacking us because they want us to remove our weapons from Israel and let them fight it out. Israel has been attacking the West Bank and at 6PM last night attacked again with US weapons.

The problem lies in where you draw the line. If you want to use the room for something exercising the mind (chess, computers, etc.) thats fine. If you want to use it for something to exercise the body (sports) thats fine.

Once you start using it to brainwash others with your beliefs then at what point do you stop? How far should they go to "spread" their beliefs to others. If all religions preached everyone should be accepted I wouldn't have a problem with it. When your meeting singles out everyone else as going to hell then I say your just a contributor to the worlds problems.

Look at the muslim/jewish conflict, the christian crusades, or any other major (non-accepting) religions that cause people to die on a daily basis. Then tell me my kid should be subjected to that bullshit.

The same thing could be said about just any (school sponsored) club. Do you really think that everyone enjoys playing chess? Using linux? Playing football? But we wouldn't use that fact for banning chess clubs, linux clubs or football clubs. Why should religion be considered any different?
